creative heads are stupied rishi hates kashis and this is one situation he can take benifit and he is showing his sympthies to her. 😡

I wondered the same thing. He was rattling on about how "Kashish Bhabhi" needs SUPPORT and all that and I was just like, "Huh???? Is this RISHI talking!!!!!????" Shabbir should question his lines... such an obvious character change is not in order.

my mom went up to mention this that he must be upto something by showing fake concern and sympathy for kashish

No he's not up to something... this is just the paagalpan of the creative heads... when people are not around for a while and then come back their characters are transformed... like Rishi and Akshat (or should I say DEVDAS 😆)...
