Well unzip the file zip file into a new folder in the directory where you have the winamp installed in the skin folder. It usually is in the C drive so that it'll be........ C:/Program Files/Wimamp/Skins After you unzip in this skin folder just put on the winamp and then load the skin...........

Regarding the download problem well I am going to solve it soon. I think I have given the URL wrong. Let me check it and solve it.
