neena didn't want to have kids because she was worried about her figure...then urmila told kanav about artificial insemination...and kanav agreed to do it....because he needed a child to get the haveli....on the day of the insemination a nurse mix up the files and kinjal was inseminated...insted of the woman who agreed to be the surogate mother....kanav nor kinjal know that its their baby....neena finds out and decided to hide it because she was worried kanav will get close to kinjal....
