here's what happend,

vidyuth ask kinjal's parents to tell how they met vidyuth says kanav knows love happens after marriage kanav disagree kanav repeat all the things that kinju told him about marriage, friendship and love yesterday to everyone and kinju is shoked VK exchange rings neena goes to the hospital and the nurse show the record room to her where surogate mother's file is at (precap scene) vidyuth sings 'aaja mahi ve' from kal ho naa ho to kinju and kanav joins in and dance as well neena finds the surogate mother's file...the nurse who mixed up the files come and take the file...but promis to bring it to neena's house next day nurse decide to never let neena find the truth everyone is dancing kinju faints on vidyuth's arms....after everyone leave doctor tells kinju's mom kinju is pregnant
• kinju's mom misunderstands that kinju intentionaly got pregnat and decides to talk to her.....but kinju is no where to be found

precap: neena is at a clif and she's crying and says some other woman is carring my husband's child.....i let some other woman give my husband his biggest happiness... how am i ever gona watch all this happend....oh god please help me...
