kanav gives kinjal a choice of compensation and she takes to save her dad's life..

Hi, I'm new here. I haven't watched the show from the beginning. However, I'd like to know one thing. Kinjal has 3/4 brothers old enough to work and look after the family. So, why is the family depending only on Kinjal to work? Why can't the brothers pitch in as well?

Have I missed something? Are they still in school/college or something?
