in the extension of old Mahabharat, it was shown that Karna's last son was killed by Arjun & Chitrangada's son..rest were killed in Mahabharat war...

Karna for sure married the sister of Ekalavya (don't remember her name), and he may have married another, but I'm not sure.

He had four sons who all were equal to their father in prowess, but died in battle. Each of the Pandavas killed one son, but due to his promise to Kunti, Karna could not avenge his sons' deaths.

After finding out the Karna was their brother, Yudhisthira and the Pandavas also do rituals to the departed souls of their nephews along with Karna.

Kurukshetra War was really sad; uncle's killing nephews, brothers killing brothers, cousins killing cousins...but I guess it was needed to get the Lord's purpose done.

Anyway, after Dronacharya asked for the thumb of Ekalavya, Karna went to console Ekalavya's family, because he pitied them for the injustice that happened to them. Ekalavya's sister fell in love with Karna and told him of her love. Karna too loved Ekalavya's sister and married her.
They had four sons.
All four sons perished while in battle with the Pandavas (and yes, they died in a fair way.) Yudhisthira killed the first son, Bhima the second son, Nakula the third son, and Sahadeva the fourth son.
Karna could not avenge his sons' deaths due to the promise to Kunti. When he went back to tell his wife that her four valiant sons had died, she fainted. She was angry with Karna because he did not avenge his sons' deaths. Karna could not tell her why.
The last day of the war, the morning before Karna went to fight with Shalya as his charioteer, Karna's wife died of a broken heart, because she knew Karna was going to die and didn't want to live to see it.
