I believe that Parvati had a twin sister....which only Narayani Devi knows about....and that is why the picture was found in the safe...and when Parv was doing the Skingraphy on Parvati his wife (the duplicate) must have had an accident and maybe the actual Parvati stayed there for the kids (Aditi's) sake...Just a guess
