Kiran - Underrated?

Hi everyone!

Kiran is one of my favourite actors and I think he is an amazing at what he does but it seems to me that he is a very under-rated actor meaning he doesn't get the credit he's due, atleast outside of KGGK he doesn't. I was watching Koffee with Karan and Ekta was the guest, then Ram, Hiten and Ronit came on as 3 of the best male actors in Tellywood. When I think of one of the best actors in Tellywood, Kiran definitely comes to my mind. Do you agree?

Kiran is undoubtedly one of the best n most natural actors we have in Tellywood...he's made Om come alive so beautifully. As far as being under-rated is concerned, guess that's the case with all KGGK stars 😭 ...especially Sakshi...she's been the most under-rated actor on television 😭 ...n so is Kiran ...KGGK n its stars have unfortunately missed out on so many of the well-deserved dues at Award functions 😭

i totally agree with you chandrika..u r absolutely right..

I hate the fact KGGK misses out on everything.

It happens because people watch Kahaani, but their favourite is usually another serial

Personally I think its more to do with Ekta. Her faves have always been a select few - a lot of those actors are in Kyunki. While I am not saying that those actors don't deserve the appreciation they get, it is because of Ekta that they get everyone else's share of the app. too. Those are the actors she takes in every single serial, whenever she's in a tight spot or needs a replacement or whatever, and they do it because she's Ekta. People like Kiran, who dared to leave the show, work with an outside production house, or who tried to think 'outside the box' - these people sadly get left behind. Ekta constantly says that she believes Sakshi is underrated - so why hasn't she done anything to correct that herself? She'll overhype other, lesser actors, but when it comes to the better ones...they are left to their own destinies. It's sad, really. Kahaani has the most talented ensemble team - yet they hardly ever get recognised. I am glad that Sakshi is finally getting some of her due recognition, through Dhamaal Express, C-Company and her other new movie coming up...but she's had to slog for it, whilst opportunities have simply fallen into the over-filled laps of others.

I agree with all of you. I recently read an article of achint in which she was asked if she misses being part of kggk and kyunki. she said not kyunki but kahaani because she said thats is the only set where she has seen ACTORS and that is a great compliment.

i totally agree with all of u.Kahaani ghar ghar ki is better than any other serial and the actors especially Shakshi kiran and Ali are fabulous actors.Their acting is real.Still they are not getting their due respect.Its really sad 😭 My personal view is Kahaani is better than Kyunki but kyunki always takes all awards.For me Parvati is the best Patni,bhabi,Ma,Saas and Bahu.But she has only won fav bhabhi.Anyways i praise u kahaani and the actors.Hats of to u all 👏 .When i will be able 2 establish a award in my future i make sure that all the awards goes to Kahaani. 👍🏼

Nice to see I'm not the only one who thinks Kiran is underrated. I agree with all of you who say also Sakshi and alot of the KGGK cast are underrated and see this as quite unfair. I think Ekta does have her favourites but I'm glad many of us are not typical and appreciate actors like Kiran and Sakshi. I must give credit to all other good actors and hope our Star Parivaar doesn't forget about our favourites!
