Shivangi is not negative, she just did not like Parvati in the beginning. I guess now she does. Shivangi was a journalist who exposed Chotu/Ishan to the police. Ishan fell in love with her and is very possessive regarding her. Yes, Gauri knows the truth and that is why she is angry with Shiv.
