Recap on Vansh Katha from the last few episodes…
Shastra manages to drive a wedge between Tariksha and Vansh. Sidharth has thrown Poornima out of the house but Vansh is still uncomfortable with him and has still not decided to forgive him. Poornima gets to work and gets Vidhya out of the asylum slowly nursing her back to health. She also succeeds in getting Dharshana to change her statement and release Gupta from jail. Charith and Kaveri return home on Dharm's request but Nithika, Bindiya and Manav are not pleased they are back.
Meanwhile Devyani finds out about what Poornima has been up to and decides to tell Vansh before it's too late. Also, Tariksha's friend Soham has come to visit and he also knows Shastra who convinces him that he should tell Tariksha that he likes her.

The Grand Finale Part I
Poornima gathers Vidhya, Charith and Gupta in Vidhya house and informs them about what's been going on and how Vansh used all of them to exact his revenge from them. Gupta says that he would never have in a thousand years imagined that the boy they knew as Anirudh Nanda would turn out to be Vansh Rao – Anuradha's son.
Poornima says that she has had enough and now her family has turned against her because of what has happened. She says that now she will do what she has to in order to destroy Vansh once and for all. Vidhya has still not recovered fully, but she sits there listening to all of them. Poornima says that they need to come up with a plan that will separate Vansh from his key supporter – Devyani Seth.
Upon hearing Devyani's name Vidhya reacts and everyone tries to figure out what she's trying to say. Vidhya can't bring herself to say much but she makes a gesture of a gun and then points at a photograph of Shlok's, which is hanging on a wall. Charith asks her what she's trying to say and Vidhya just mumbles something. Gupta is the one who finally figures it out and says that Vidhya is trying to say that it was Devyani who was hired to kill Shlok. Vidhya shakes her head in agreement and Poornima says that they already knew that and Vansh has somehow forgiven Devyani for being a part of this whole mess.
Gupta says that Vansh may have forgiven her but the law won't. Poornima asks what he means and Gupta says that now they can prove that Devyani killed Shlok and throw her in jail. They are interrupted by someone else who walks in. It's Nithika.
Nithika tells them that they're the sort of people who will never learn from life's mistakes. She says that they should know by now that if they implicate Devyani in Shlok's murder then all of them will go to jail as well because Devyani can prove that they hired her to do the job. Nithika looks at Poornima and says that she is disgusted by what she is trying to do. She tells Poornima that she would never have imagined that her mother could sink so low. Poornima tells Nithika that right now she is clouded by Vansh's words and that's why she's speaking this way but Nithika says that no one has to cloud her for her to realize the difference between right and wrong. She tells them four of them that now she is with Vansh and that she will make sure none of them will be able to do anything to him even if it means going up against her own mother and her father-in-law. Nithika walks away leaving all of them speechless.
Tariksha is crying in her room after what happened at Vansh's office. She has flashbacks of walking in and finding Shastra half naked behind Vansh's chair. She throws a few things around and screams. Just then Devyani walks in and asks her if everything is alright. She tells Devyani that Vansh has betrayed her love and that she will never forgive him for this. Devyani asks Tariksha what has happened and she tells her mother everything. Tariksha walks away in tears and Devyani somehow can't believe that Vansh would do such a thing.
Vansh returns home and Sidharth is waiting for him. Sid tells Vansh that they need to talk but Vansh tells him that they have nothing to talk about and he should only be interested in what will happen to him when he sends him to jail. Sid says that he doesn't have a problem going to jail but he wants to ask Vansh for forgiveness. Vansh says that he is God to forgive people for the crimes they have committed against others. Vansh goes on to tell Sid that if he really wants forgiveness then he should go ask it from Anuradha because even today her soul is restless knowing that her killers are roaming free. Just then Vansh's phone rings – it's Devyani. She tells him that they need to meet urgently. He says that he is on his way.
Soham arrives to see Tariksha and he catches her in the garden, crying alone on a bench. He walks up to her and asks her what's wrong. She tells him that she has lost her one true love and she doesn't know what to do. Soham holds her close and asks her not to cry. Meanwhile at the Patel household Kaveri walks into the kitchen and asks Bindiya to get her some water. Bindiya asks her to get it herself. Dharm walks in at that moment and asks Bindiya to shut up and do as she's told. Bindiya tells Dharm that she is not a servant in this house and reminds both of them that this house belongs to her and Nithika and they will do as they please. Bindiya tells Kaveri that she could not stop her from coming back to this house but she will sure as hell not let her get in her way.
Just then Nithika walks in and Kaveri turns to her and tells her that she doesn't deserve this from the two of them. Nithika tells Kaveri that if she wants her rights back in this house as it's matriarch then she will have to act like it. She tells Kaveri that right now Charith and Poornima are planning another attack on Vansh and she is going to do whatever she can to stop them. Nithika tells Kaveri to try and stop Charith if she can and prove that she isn't a bad person because if Charith hurts Vansh in anyway, then all of them will have hell to pay, including Kaveri for supporting him.
Vansh arrives at Devyani's house and he's about to walk in when he sees Soham and Tariksha in the garden. He's staring at them in disbelief and just then Devyani walks out. Vansh tells her that Tariksha is hurting him more than he deserves to be hurt. He says that he never let anyone get close to his heart because of this reason and now Tariksha has managed to get in and get of his heart so easily not realizing that when she left she took his heart with her. Devyani says that the same can be said of Vansh. He asks her what she means and Devyani tells him about what Tariksha told him. Vansh says that he wasn't even at office during that time so how could he have been with Shastra. Devyani says that now she understands everything clearly. She says that the way she sees it Shastra is behind all of this and she is the one trying to separate Vansh and Tariksha. Vansh asks Devyani why and Devyani says that the obvious reason would be that she wants him all to herself. Vansh looks at Tariksha and Soham again but Devyani tells him that he shouldn't concern himself with them because Soham is only a good friend and nothing more. Vansh has hope in his eyes.
Devyani then moves on to more serious issues and tells Vansh about what Poornima has been up to. Vansh is shocked to know this truth and wonders what he must do next. Meanwhile back at the Singhania Mansion Shastra celebrates her victory. She tells herself that now there's no more Tariksha in Vansh's life because Vansh belongs to her and her alone. Just then she hears someone applauding from behind her. She turns around and is shocked to see both Vansh and Tariksha standing near the door listening to her. She asks the two of them what they're doing here and the two of them walk into her room. Tariksha walks up to her gives her a tight slap across the face and tells her that that was for trying to steal her love away from her.
Vansh tells Shastra that she is just like her Maasi. All she knows is to steal things away from people. Vansh tells Shastra about how he went to see Devyani and how Tariksha saw him there and how Devyani explained things to them and showed them the link back to Shastra. Tariksha says that she thought the two of them were friends but by trying to steal Vansh away from her, Shastra has become her worst enemy. Vansh says that he won't throw her out of the house but hopes that she will find some common sense and leave before the sun rises the following morning. The two of them walk out leaving Shastra furious and in tears.
Later that night Poornima is sitting by a window and looking out at the night sky. She has flashbacks of all the times she and Vansh came face to face. She then remembers how Sidharth asked her to leave the house and how Nithika refused to support her. She blames Vansh for everything and promises that she will destroy him.
Just then someone calls out to her from behind and she turns around and is surprised to see Shastra. Poornima asks what she's doing there and Shastra says that she has come to help her. She says that she thought Vansh would fall in love with her and that's why she supported him but now he has turned her back on her made fun of her emotions and she wants him to pay for what he has done.
Poornima hugs Shastra and while Shastra cries, Poornima has an evil smile on her face.
