Will It C'om'e To Me? Parmeet Sethi

Till Monday afternoon, Kiran Karmarkar was supposed to return to Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii as Om (HiTLIST, August 20), but it seems certain demands (read: money) led to the idea being nixed.

The latest is that Aman Varma or Parmeet Sethi will now be pencilled to play Parvati's formerly deceased husband (Om returns to the show in the first half of September).

Says an insider, "Both Aman and Parmeet have been approached as they look mature enough to play Parvati's husband.

The modalities are being worked out, so let's see who gets the final nod."

As for Kiran's no-show, the insider says, "The deal was ready and he even met the writers on Saturday to plot his return.

Then suddenly, on Sunday, he demanded a huge fee.

Balaji has never bowed down to any actor's lofty demands and Kiran is no exception."

Dahling, you should have known better, no?

Oh really? 😕 Awww, i'm not sure i'm going to like either of them to play Om's character. 😕 Would've preferred Kiran. 😳 I wonder who they'll choose now. But for me i can't see anyone else doing the role for some reason. 😕 Well atleast not these 2. 😳

If Balaji is planning to get Om back into the show, then it has to be Kiran, Kiran & only Kiran 😕 ...for God's sake!! 😭 A new actor is the last thing we wanted!! 🤢 🤢... At least not AmanVerma or Parmeet Sethi!! 🤢

Sakshi has the best ever on-screen chemistry with Kiran alone 😊 and it was the two of them who made Om-Parvati such a fantabulous Jodi 👏 👏 👏 that none of us could ever forget even long after Om's death n Kiran's departure. 😭

If Balaji wants to repalce Kiran with new actors for Om then I strongly advise Balaji to scrap this whole idea of Om's re-entry into KGGK...Please Ekta, for heaven's sake!! 😕 Don't ruin a perfectly successful show with gr8 TRPs...with unacceptable changes!! 😕 I think the story is going on perfectly fine n should continue status quo instead of replacing Kiran for Om...

I'd rather watch a love angle n marriage develop from friendship b/w Parvati n Suyesh than watch any other actoe play Om's role in the show...

Really Bad News...Hope it is'nt true even this one bit! 😭

Chandrika... u want to see them having a luv angle at this age???? i also like to see them together but i didnt tell it out as i thought everyone will throw chappals at me for thinking abt their luv angle wen we shud be thinking abt Ad-Mets luv angle😉😆😆

And regarding Om's portrayal, i dont mind if some one else plays the role.... Only thing is he shud match up with Paro... And i think Ekta knows her actors well and she will definitely do justice to Om's role even if the actor is changed....
