A TV image of Tulsi of Kyunki and Parvati of Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki in Ekta Kapoor's special episode on Star Plus last night For more than two weeks now, Ekta Kapoor has been flooding the media with news of the unravelling of mysteries of three of Balaji's prime time shows — Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi (KSBKBT), Kahani Ghar Ghar Kii (KGGK) and Kayamath (a toddler compared to its counterparts, though expected to run for at least another two generations). The concept The marathon episode, which was being touted as the 'biggest' conglomeration on the Indian telly circuit, involved Parvati of KGGK trying to solve the mystery of a skeleton, which only Tulsi of KSBKBT could help her with. To crack the case Parvati aka Janki Devi throws a party which is organised by the demure Prachi of Kayamath. It is during Paravati's party that she will discover her father's dark past. And everything is possible in an Ekta detergent drama, oops, soap opera! When Ba can survive four generations, it's not surprising to have three entirely different stories suddenly come together. What happened? Aroona Irani performing The mega episode began with images of all the Hindu deities, followed by Balaji's signature triple close-up style, jarring background music and sepia special effects. Rape victim Krishna Tulsi (Mouni Roy) lived up to the legacy of being hysterical and over-the-top and the otherwise spunky Dakshaben's scenes were drab. There was much dance and drama, with Aroona Irani on the dance floor and Panchi Bora (Prachi) and Jay Bhanushali's (Neev) romantic moves. The plot dragged and the mysteries unravelled in installments, leaving us bored to tears. And since Ekta, like Karan Johar, believes in getting her close pals into the act, we had to bear with Mushtaq Sheikh jigging with Tassnim Sheikh and Mita Vashisth. All in all, our verdict is: nothing in the marathon episode was worth spending two hours on.

Well to be honest, I don't agree with the article... 😃 I found the episode to be pretty good... 😃 as for the dances and stuff, well they were already expected, nothing new. 😉 About Mouni's performance, I honestly have never found her very good but since the rape track has started, she has improved and she was good yest... 😃 actually Saakshi was so brilliant that she managed to get the best out of Mouni 2, I loved that scene and Janki rocked. 😃 Daksha, I have no comments, I really dislike the loud style of humour anyways... give me Trashna instead of Daksha anyday. The episode rocked for me only and only coz of Janki... 👏 👏 👏 Saakshi was awesome and she was the life of yest's episode. 👏 👏 👏 As long as they show lots of her today, its gonna rock. 😃 Thanks for sharing.😃

I thought the episode was good..not best but good. Today will be better fingers crossed. The Daksha scene with Trishna was funny..

hey the episode was good,though i wanted some more action.i agree with u winner 13 nd seriously speaking i never go with the reviews that are printed in the media by the self appointed experts.i acn clearly make out of the article that this person who has written the review has no no idea that the mega episode was going to be of two days.so it was natural that this episode was not that action packed.but i have to say that the scene between janki and kt aws superb.ur right winner13,paro was the life of yest episide.she was simply looking gorgeous or lets asy the most prettiest woman in the party 😳 .though these articles are claiming that the episode aws noy up to the expectations,but the truth is that this media is only responsible for showing such things larger than life.they just go crazy and they hype the things two much and later they say it was not good.these people are bullshit.

Hi ankit rocks.😊 Totally agree with u yaar.😃 I found the episode interesting and liked the way they gave things a proper build up and linked the 3 stories so well.😃 Nothing looked abrupt and out of place, everything was well explained.😃 In fact, it would have been silly had they actually rushed through everything in one episode without any proper build up. They laid a proper background yest and today is gonna be the big day...😃 I never believe anything the media says, they write nonsense most of the time. What did they expect anyways, that all 3 secrets should be revealed in 15 mins??? Ridiculous, the media is. I think today's gonna rock...😃and of course, lots of Janki is always equal to a rocking episode😃 and Janki is also gonna dance today, saw the promo a while back... 😃aw, its gonna be awesome.😃
