if karan doesnt love tanya . then y does he stay with her. they dont even share anything together . unlike nandini who atleast has given birth too karans child

OMG !! How could you forget dat Tanya has nourished Nandini's daughter Bhoomi & is a mother of Manthan who is Karan's son......& Ha ! Karan married with Tanya once upon a time in d show......Although dey were divorced but Tulsi sees her daughter in Tanya & all her other Bahus.........

Agar Tulsi ka bas chaley to Trupti ko bhi ghar le aayegii hamarii Maiyaa..........😊😊

please tell me clearly. that Nandini is the mother of Parth who is Karan's son. she is the mother of bhoomi who is ansh daughter. karan is the father of manthan n parth who dont have the same mother so . how come manthan n bhoomi who dont share blood relationship have a samE BRO.
