The pay cheque

Amidst all the tacky drama, finally came a scene that stood out n reminded me why this show was called realistic, unique etc once upon a time!

Totally loved the scene between Sona n suman today. Though Sona's dialogues were parvatishly dramatic, but the whole scene was so realistic. Once the girl gets married, their parents hesitate to use their money. Forget marriage, my parents refuse to spend my money before marriage too. Parents of a girl will find out any means to earn their living but will try not to ask money from their wedded daughters. And yes, this definitely gives the girl a feeling of parayaapan!

On the other side, I loved suman too. This lady always came across as a money minded woman who would use her daughter as her money minting machine. But the lady finally gave her all the independence and freedom, refused to claim rights on her money!!

(Though I want to know who pays such huge amounts of monthly fees by cheque in today's world?😆)

Btw, Sona plans to lootofy Rohit's money for shopping n holidays n all...r we fortunate enough to watch them shop or spend some holiday together?😉

The scene was okish and found it to be very misplaced in the episode. Though the msg was really good what bothered me so much was the Ott acting, dialogue and omg the bgm???? What happen to the subtle expressions that is KhKt speciality???

Ps. I found the dialogue about spending Rohit's money for her expenses in more or jest than anything.

What is the source of sona mom income now

How is sona mom planning now with no.income

Realistic show should address these questions right

Atleast sona should act until her brother becomes a post graduate doctor in sippy hospital.it will take 4 or 5years.then the show becomes realistic

Now it's nothing but ott saas bahu drama

Yeah, the dialogues were again OTT n dipika does go overboard in simple scenes too. But as compared to all the non sense going on in the show, this scene was really good. In fact, I m glad that they cared to show something on this line...mujhe laga tha this would have been assumed that Sona is giving her income to her family...but baaki sab faltu k drame k beech itna yaad raha inko, that's a big deal for me.

Did they show something like Sona has quit her acting? I don't think so. I m not aware about the segments also. Her decision could be something else as well. I think we should wait till they show it clearly. I hope I haven't missed a part of episode.

They have shown her taking decision to quit but she tells to male lead that she has not yet told her decision to hubby and her mom

Whether she quits or not is irrelevant .
