I feel she might esp if Rohit doesn't believe about being blackmailed and all. It seems if Veena gets a heart attack, noone will be able to save Sona from Rohit, kisi ki nahi sunega woh, he will go crazy 😒... after how he talked about how he can do anything for Veena's khushi, I am sure this is coming up.
