Too much ??

The way they are showing everything in this wedding track is really too much and too unrealistic for me.

First they showed Sona to be a very understanding and very mature and then suddenly with all this sponsirship and all she didn’t say a word ?? Specially after knowing Naren ? She is making entry in a peacock 🦚. I mean are you serious?? It seems like Rakhi ka swayamvar .

Also, talking of reality , have you ever seen any tv celebrities wedding like this ? I mean like full telecast and sponsorship?? I have only seen Rakhi ka swam yar like this. And definitely sona is not rakhi . I haven’t ever seen any top tv celebrity wedding telecasted and sponsored like this . Ok , few examples , mahi Vij, Deepika herself and even divyanaka. We saw their picture and all but not the full telecast and media presence and all .
Also , what’s with that random Aunty’s dialogue that both of Suman’s daughter are beautiful and that’s why got a good match . I mean Sona would be making enough money herself. I am seeing a tv show for the first time in ITV after YRKKH. That was the only show I thought was closest to being sane in ITV before they ruin it all with lead separation and Milan for TRP.
may be I am expecting too much from this show. at the end of the day you should really not expect too much from ITV I believe

Hey dear! Ur not the only one. Feelings mutual here too. This was the same Sona who told her mom that she is earning well enough to not charge money for a noble cause. What the hell happened to her? Her wedding has become an ad shoot circus. Even A lister celebrities don’t allow media in their weddings but once the ceremony is over they release pics to the media. This at least is far better. Doesn’t Sonakshi have enough self respect to put a stop to all this rubbish? She seems to be enjoying all this on the contrary. If she had earned well not to take a penny for hospital related and armed forces cause hasn’t she earned well enough to sponsor her own wedding? I am sure Sippy’s would have been happy with simpler arrangements too. Rohit is just nodding a yes to everything coz off late he has become blind in love but what of his family? Let’s keep Naren aside. Even then others are feeling uncomfortable but they are keeping quiet for Rohit’s sake.

I barely look forward to watching the episode ever since the wedding got fixed. Just want this wedding to be over with so that we can move on with the story.

I agree with rest of Ur post...but this entry on peacock or in a doli is quite a common thing in India these days...even for the commoners. I m not sure if u r from India or some other country, but I have seen this in many weddings. There r some extravagant receptions where the couple makes an aerial entry etc. on the reception lawns.

Well, I didn't understand one thing, why she arrived even before the groom's family had reached. It would have looked good if both the families cheered for rather than her entry through the random strangers and aunties gossiping about her n suman showing her cheapness. Suman's kitty party aunties scene was cringing.

Follow my strategy. Pick the scenes of your favourites, the ones who talk sense. Just skip all the other hallaboo....In my case, I watch Rohit and Sona scenes. I like Raima and Mahesh as well. YK, Pooja and pulkit are in my list too. Everything else is skip skip skip and rely on WU 😆

Seriously , I miss the early episodes with their cute banter and a sense of reality. For god’s sake Sona is a celebrity and it doesn’t mean that we should turn her into a peacock ( literally ). I have said this earlier as well that they are only showing the negative impression of ITV. As if they don’t have a normal life. Better they would have taken Rakhi Sawant story only then if they wanted to have that much masala.

Also where is the Doctor surgeon Rohit ??? What happened to him. H

For me I am revisiting old episodes everyday , but only till the time of proposal. I believe that I have started losing interest from the time they started this stupid wedding track . Suddenly the sophistication , class and money came into picture

I disagree just a bit. It's not fully unrealistic. They are actually showing a big fat wedding.. But definitely the sponsorship thing cud hv been handled better. It's too loud. No actress will have such cutouts flowing all over her wedding venue.. It's literally killing the feel of the well decorated venue.. Pinky chatri goldy coolers what's all this..Ridiculously loud.. But if I skip these parts then it's not that bad. It's giving a real wedding vibes. It's just that they cud have slowed down a bit with this sponsorship issue.. I wish all other functions Sippy's k ghar pe hote😝 yeh akhil-suman ki jodi to wedding venue ko circus bana denge sponsor sponsor kar k.. Atleast they need to show Sona reacting a bit. She is such a suljha huya lady. She shud understand that all these will not go down well with her in-laws
