Raima told Rohit in phone that her friend needed her help. Probably Karan was cheating on Sona with raima's friend and that girl didn't know that Karan had a gf. She came to know about that and asked Raima for help. She could have showed her sona's photo and told her sona's name. May be she will be the one who will eventually clear the misunderstanding between Ronakshi.

I don't want Raima to be cheating on Rohit. I want Rohit to choose Sona because of his love for her, not because of raima's lack of loyalty.
