Does Veena already know?

I think Veena already knows whatever Naren did and is just playing dumb. Today in the scene when Rohit was shouting at Naren she didn't seem shocked at his words and it seemed like she slapped Rohit because she wanted to just shut him up and not because she was offended by what he said. I think she is keeping quiet for some reason. Others were a little shocked but not Veena.

Also from what Nishi said today about Ghar mein Toofan aa jayega if anyone knows who Pooja's real parents are, I feel it has strongly to do with Naren being the father. Otherwise why would it affect their family.

I feel the exact same way! I’m pretty sure she knows but would rather keep her marriage together and not acknowledge it. Naren is definitely Pooja’s father and I’m guessing that’s his one slip up (doesn’t make it acceptable). A lot of women, especially in desi culture think like Veena and would rather stay married than have the truth come out. A lot of educated women and even star wives do the same. Anyway coming back to the show, Veena is aware of what’s going on but won’t say anything until it all comes out in the open.

What if veena knows everything and she's the one who got nishi to adopt Pooja?

I have my doubts there coz if Veena knew their relationship would be strained. Infact there was a scene where Veena tells Naren lovingly that not all couples will have steady relationship like them while Naren looks guilty. But if she doesn’t know even then I will be surprised coz her son and her husband don’t see eye to eye apparently for years and why is it that she hasn’t made an attempt to patch them up? At least in that process the truth would have been out in front of her. Or if she already knows how can she have a normal relationship with Naren? She might have slapped Rohit for crossing a line.

I think Naren might have an affair with a nurse in the his hospital and Rohit came to know about it. Veena also got some hint about it but she preferred to stay in denial and till today she is trying to convince herself that her marriage is perfect but deep down she also knows that it is not the truth. She slapped Rohit because she didn't want Rohit to blurt out something that she didn't want to hear. After things went out of hand then Naren might have forced the nurse to leave hospital and that is why Rohit was saying that Naren has the habit of throwing people out of his life after using them. I don't think Rohit is aware of Pooja otherwise he won't have shared a normal relationship with her.
