If only, for once, ITV will actually show the villain to have more of a mental issue because she's been manipulated of her mum leaving her, instead of the typical evil one. I feel Akriti's character has so much scope for raising mental health awareness because truth be told, her actions are not normal. She isn't necessarily mental, she just needs help- who knows she may have a low self esteem given she thinks her mum left her?

They could've showed her journey from an obsessed girl with issues to someone who's conquered her fears (of course also finding out the truth and reuniting with her mum and her side of the family) and found true love this time (or maybe not, because girls need no guy).❤️

Not that I like Akriti's character or anything, but I can get why she is behaving this way. For all her life her family told her that her mom left her and in her mind Gungun got all the love that was hers, and now the man she loves is also going to marry her and that's why she is so upset with Gungun. I am not justifying her actions, but it is not entirely her fault too and she definitely needs some mental health counselling, she has been through too much trauma.

accha hua anu came rushing first.i thought he wont react.since many said it was totallybdifferent in original versions!

Yess!!!! Ani was d fastest to react in dis situation immediately he went to gungun... Unlike in other versions where after getting slapped 3-4 times then they say how dare u.....bhai pehle rokna tha na...

And d slap scene was d least intense one...

It was more like a billi kharoch rahi rahi he.... N felt it was better than taking aim n ek ke bad ek gungun pe thappad marna which happened in other versions....

I knew it.......till now it is d least problematic version even these scenes have been mellowed down.... Hope they continue to do so.... 👍🏼
