Akriti saxena is irritating no offense😒

Seriously, no offense but this Akriti saxena is way too vexatious for my taste. I don't know what it is but whether it is the execution or the character sketch but whenever she's on screen, I feel way too bored and irksome. Mumbling through her teeth, judgemental over age gap (this isn't preference for partner but I felt she was way too chipku on crushing on Anu), making excuses for finishing up incomplete work (trying to cover for being inattentive), etc. 😕

Though he is confused about his feelings pertaining to Gungun, he covered up with an excuse of feeling guilt. Her commentary was slightly disconnecting as a viewer.

Regarding Anu's dialogues where I felt confused was when he mentioned how his workspace and colleagues are apne but later mentioned not mixing professional & personal life in terms of trying to appease akriti saxena.

Even in the previous scene in the college lab, when Anu told her for being inattentive on her work, my expressions were literally for the 7 minutes of the episodes:

Gungun tried her best to connect Akriti to her Bua but Akriti acted like all of this was so frivolous to her.

Even the outlook of the character with those glasses was just too disconnected as a viewer. I don't know but whoever is her stylist, my two cents: it looks irritating.

Also, I wish Gungun could be provided better night suits & the white/cream cardigan just seemed like something was off or disconnecting as a viewer.

Also, about Anubhav, he is terming whatever he did on sanskaar and what is right, like visiting the sick. He doesn't want to think there is more to it. Like bearing Gungun's tantrums, being soft to her, not liking to see her sad. He is in the denial phase I believe.

Where I did have respect was when Anubhav told Akriti to not interfere in his personal matters but the whole "how college is ghar and apne + personal/professional life mix up is terrible," the execution felt confusing for some reason after telling her to mind her business.

Also, I feel after Gungun revealing that uski marriage karvai jaari h, I feel that Akriti might take advantage in the future though this prediction could be wrong and writers are more cognizant of weaving out the storyline. 😆

Akriti looks/behaves like that stalker of celebrities you know !

Also I mean I feel like it's going in the same route as the other creep characters in other shows !

Maybe they could have done a better job at characterization rather than being such

She could have actually be shown as someone who loves Annu (and not be creppy by that)but doesn't convey cuz she is scared about his reaction and all but she genuinely wishes him happiness

Anubhav reminds me of Ahaan from IPZN, who done everything and was a complete softie too but, of course, there's no other reason behind why they did this!

I want one over dramatic scene where Anubhav realises his feelings for Gungun and he's left with his mouth wide open, then goes on to justify it as a small crush.😳😆

After watching everything, I've come to a conclusion that Anubhav, along with being in denial is confused regarding Gungun. VERY MUCH!

Look, he is beginning to enjoy the presence of the girl whose mere sight he disliked.

He is beginning to having concern about her, whereas this is the girl he just met.

Another thing- he looks for ways to bicker with her. AnuGun's call after the Scientist of the Year event, for instance. Where Gungun called to speak of Akruti, and Anubhav literally teases her about her clapping for him the most. He didn't need to do that. We often do that with people whose company we've begun to enjoy, and this is a way of finding excuses to talk or divert the topic from something serious too, probably because deep down you know you can't bare to see the person tensed.

Gungun does bring that childish side of his to the front, and this probably is a threat to the professor-image he's created over the years (Remember Golu Chachu saying he'd been serious as a kid too).

I assume the confusion in dialogue was:

He didn't want to disclose what happened at Gungun's place because Akruti is an outsider and she doesn't matter to Anubhav.

But then again, she is his sister-in-law to-be too; Gungun's sister, hence the Apne dialogue to cover up.

The guy doesn't know, but he is starting to accept Gungun's family as his.

Again, Anubhav should be given the Confused Of The Year title. ANUBHAV CONFUSED KULSHRESHTA.😆

I don't care how long the two will take to realise their feelings, as long as Akruti has packed her bags.😆
