oh yeah, he's more into the caring person w/ gunnu matlab hugging gunnu & worrying for gunnu whereas w/ garima, lol ussi k saath zyada baat kara tha when he was standing on the line...

Kuch rang pyaar ke, takraar ke, inkaar ke, iqraar ke, aise bhi😛

I meant Susheela takes forefront when it comes to fighting, while Garima is a pro at the verbal wars..dono kamaal ki hai smiley16

yeah, yeah i understood dear😆i meant it was a nice to see that garima can also get defensive & isnt a chui mui cheez like she means it just like sushila...thats probably i like both sisters at an equal level...like a warning to dont test the waters w/ her ...

She does not feel the need to use her physical impulse, she tries to sort it out without any sound first. Thing to notice: Garima is great with emotions and words, Vikram is not so great at putting his emotions in the right words but is great with actions..balance ho jayega

So, after a quick rewatch this Sunday, this is what I found: Vikram mentioned his dad is in Delhi with family and does not care about him and/or does not think his children fit into society, so he does not have anything to prove to him. His mother has put in a lot of efforts in how he has grown up, hence he is proud to be known by her name.

With the length he is going in order to be hiding his dad, makes me suspect that maybe this is not just a simple familial conflict sorta thing (like Garima's where it is more of a patriarchy mindset issue but her parents do seem to love and respect each other atleast in the normal sense otherwise) and his parents are separated/distances/divorced and he lives with his mom, so he feels the need to not acknowledge that surname since it hurts him with the abandonment.

Vikram needs validation and love from external forces if not within family, hence he has made his body and physical appearance that way so he seems desirable atleast to them. Gunnu/Sattu, Pri and the Haathi Bazaar people are the only one who got to witness his good heart too, since he has become a 🌶️ mouth with all the experiences he has previously had and guards his actual thoughts by being confrontational, just like Garima hides her thoughts by being diplomatic/zipping her mouth in the presence of the others.

tbh, id rather have their relationship have the exploratory factor so basically going beyond 3 months to give them a further time to explore it more or play around w/ it so that they both know where their relationship would be exactly heading towards...u know like a clarity in their minds hence an ease on their relationship...i think vikram will definitely wanna see where this relationship is gonna exactly head towards because, like w/ priyanka, he definitely thought she was of his league and then started to comprehend that their relationship is not heading towards the expected direction...it will definitely add beauty and grace towards their relationship...we already know that dp has convoluted thoughts which irks the girls as they are getting married w/o their consent...it definitely shows that there are areas across not just india but around the world where parents have to think about society and biradri when it comes to getting the girls married and kusum was pointing out in earlier episodes that there are limitations on girls in every direction...

You are absolutely on point dear, Vikram and Garima will have to settle with their bond and only then makes sense to tie them together in any new relationship! I was more like quoting directly from the episode today where they panned to the two couples when this dialogue was spoken, we know they wont actually marry in 3 months coz there is a lot of things that need to be managed in this relationship ---> firstly the attraction has to become more permanent, then dealing with Priyanka, Dharmpal, Jagat Seth and minions and then the respective families as well. DP is obsessed with getting his daughters married right now at the right age as dictated by Indian society, but maybe once he finds out about them being Gunnu Sattu he might kinda desert them (for a while, hurtful truth, but it is inevitable) and we might not get to see this love. Kusum might turn out to be an unlikely heroine and selflessly support her daughters + stand against DP's will when this happens, that is to see

I was referring to Vikram's father not caring much about Vikram and not deeming Vikram good enough to be introduced in society or according Vikram respect - which is what he said to Gunnu when they were talking about the pressure of being perfect and gaining respect in the eyes of Dads. I am not saying he does not care about his dad, ofcourse he does, which is why that still affects him so much. He has had a traumatic childhood for sure tho, coz those feelings were pretty strong indeed.

this part is quite possible because in the initial episodes i dont think we were given a proper back drop as to why he hates his father whether it was MCP or what exactly occurred so i agree if proper backdrop is provided on his part...even jagat has said to try to talk to his father or he can do it on vikram's behalf, but vikram prohibited him from doing so...did his father ditch their mother from personal reasons or what?

To me, it does seem like his father did not agree being in a relationship with such a strong feminist woman and for whatever reasons decided to maybe separate from his mother and Vikram went with his mother in custody while maybe Jagat went with the dad, explaining the vast difference between both their upbringing, logic and him seeing his brother with rose tinted glasses while Jagat is kinda indirectly using him to get his motive.

interesting point...he definitely wants clarification from the opposite person to ensure its clear...yeah, he's blunt but there is a reason behind his bluntness...priyanka told him in person that she doesnt mind dating him ...tbh, i think i like his personality for being blunt and clear in his mind...initially,ill admit we used to think that he's making generalizations such as the face-off scene with dp when garima tried to avert the situation from further escalation but we definitely agreed on the thing that its a play of perception...nobody exactly knows what is going on the other person's mind and he didnt know the actual garima at that point...

Exactly what I'm saying - the reason for being so blunt is the insecurity and being tossed around by his father. Maybe he idolised him and his brother a lot in his childhood and then got pushed away and living in a broken family, he has harboured that way of expressing himself to protect his true self. Gunnu has seen his vulnerability, so he feels comfortable to be himself in her presence while with Pri, Garima and others, he is still mostly his outside controlled self that he wants to portray as strength. It is not about generalising and more about being somewhat formal till he knows he can get personal. But it is slowly coming out with Garima too, and I think the CVs will explore how that becomes their talking point 😊

honestly, i have no clue why i-f is not fixing their quoting system bc its just getting on my nerves to copy paste the posts now & the inability to either make the text bold or to italicize it lol 😂

tbh, i hope we are provided w/ a further backdrop on their story because he does have a tendency to react strongly whenever there is dramatic scenario in front of him...im not gonna comment at this point & probably let more episodes segue this point out smiley36 it could be that his mother was more progressive in thoughts & his mother was provided the custody of vikram whereas his father raised jagat hence less of admiration for his father as opposed to his mother...again, id let the episodes do the job kyunki im probabaly like vikram at this point in gaining further evaluation in his side of the story lol...smiley36

Okie dokie. I'll let the controversy die for now then 😛

Inquisitive lawyer mind I have, sometimes I end up thinking too deep into my cases too 😆

haan, isse acha toh yeh dekte h ....like the possibility you suggested is a quite possible bc vikram likes to talk about his childhood in greater details and it would be a sone p suhaga if it indeed turns out that vikram's father had thoughts differing from his mothers followed by leading to a split and vikram's upbringing later onwards ...it will be beautiful if it indeed turns out that his father's thoughts were the reason behind the incompatibility followed by the split...it could be the reason why he chooses to look for validation from ppl and clarity as well..
