Court scene..

Judge says if they (vani & group) feel that video has been changed then court can give them another date only if they are able to bring the video which they are claiming to be the proof or some other solid proof..vani, dev. paanhi all are sad, upset and frustated.

Dev tries to pacify vani and leaves court to find out the thief who stole the bag.

He comes out and fires his fellow police men..Yahan kya morning walk ke liye aaye the..tum sab ke hote hue proof kaise chori ho gaya..he tells them to find out the thief and tells them how the thief looks like..

After some time a police man comes and tells that the thief has been located..Dev leaves..paankhi sees Dev from a distance and by the time she goes to the place Dev has left..paankhi is wondering where and why dev has suddenly left without telling anything..she shares her anxiety with vani & nani..

Dev sees the thief at a tea stall..achcha to yahan baith ke chai pee rahe ho...he tries to grab the thief..thief throws the tea on Dev..(Dev par girti nahi)..a fight sequence(never knew Arjun is so good in action)..Dev caught hold of him..beats him madly..Dev asks him what he did with video..kiske kahne pe kiya..thief only tells that his job was to change the chip..Dev phir usse maarne lagta hai..kiske kahne pe kiya..but the thief does not tell any thing..maarte maarte Dev ke haath se khoon nikalne lagta hai..thief is injured..other police men reach the place and tell Dev..Sir, chod dijiye nahi to mar jaayega..Dev does not listen to them..police men Dev ko pakad kar chor se alag karte hain..By that time Vani, paankhi, nani, mami reach that place..they are surprised to see Dev...Dev realises their presence..uska dhyan bat jata hai aur chor bhag jata hai..ek bus par latak kar...(In the fight sequence Dev runs like a sprinter..I was amazed to see this skill of Arjun)

RKT house in celebration mood..daroo ki nadiya baha di hai RKT ne khushi mein..

Vani house..paankhi dresses Dev's wound..she tells him not to take so much risk...aur kahti hai..ab tum hamare saath ho to humein kisi bhi baat kar dar nahi..Vani also tells Dev..Beta aapna khayal rakhho..tum harahe liye itna kyun kar raho ho. Dev says..kya maaji main koi paraya thode hi hoon..(Devkhi scene was cute)..Vaniji goes to bring milk for Dev..paankhi leaves as well..

Dev is telling to himself..usse itni badi galti kaise ho gayi ki proof gayab ho gaya..his boss calls him and asks him the same question..he says he has full faith on his commitment & ability but is this lapse because of his attachment or bonding to someone in vani family..jiski vajas se focus divert ho raha hai..Dev negates and tells ..jab tak RKT ki gardan usske haath mein nahi hogi tabtak aisa kuch nahi hoga..his mission is to get justice for this family..

When all in Vani family are sad..Dev tells that he has met a lawyer who has said that even in absence of this proof case can be reopen..aur uske liye Sayali ko court mein gavahi deni hogi..

Dev goes to Tyagi house...jaan jokhim mein daal kar..sab se chup ke chupaate sayali ke room mein pahoonchta hai..sayali starts shouting seeing him..he tells that he has come from Nimai house..informs her that the proof is missing..Sayali blames Rajneesh for that..on dev' request she immediately agrees that she will go to court to help vani ji..yani ki wo gavahi degi..
