Thakkraal saying cheera to health with his friends at a party. Mr. Malkani the builder walks in and thakkraal talks to him. Dayal is talking to ahuja that thakkraal is getting out of control and ahuja says how is ur health...and ahuja says how do u knw everything. And Dayal says dont u get tired of him..and ahuja says i take one tension at a time...and then ahuja says but u r right i m getting tired. Ppl are asking thakkraal the reason for party and thakkraal gives a round about answer. SP Diwakar is there as well listening to all.

At the university all the elders arrive and ask where is rachna?? and they say they do not know...she is missing. and aditi says what are u saying..u guys were all together...and mahendar says i have always told her to go place after informing.

We see rachna walking into thakkraal;s party and yelling THAKKRAAL . and everyone looking at her. She walks up to him and says how dare u...u want to kill me..then u can do it whenever ...how did u shoot these innocent students...u think u will get away with all this..NEVER, I am cursing u today from my heart that u will get a really horrible death. And everyone including thakkrala gets up and is looking at anu. Sp. DIwakar is also watching this. AND some other security guard comes and says to diwakar what are u doing here...come..and diwakar says that girl..and the other security guard says she is gone...come. Thakkraal men have grabbed hold of rachna and dragging her somewhere...and she is yelling...where are u taking me...leave me. and his men say dont yell and she says why not..i will yell. and thakkraal comes and puts his drink down and orders his men to leave. THey leave. Thakkraal says make sure no one comes i want to talk in private. And then he says to her talk...what were u saying upstairs. There was a lot of noise so i didnt hear. say again. AGAIN. and rachna syas i m not scared of u..not at all. and she says u want to hear again..Hear...and she says u are a low life...and he slaps her and she falls down. And he says GET UP...and rachna says u are hitting a helpless girl ...he grabs her by her hair and gets her up...and he tells her up speak up he cant hear...and she continues to curse him that he will die horribly...and he grabs her by her throat and says u will kill me...U WILL KILL ME....when will u kill me...after u die!!!! and i will kill u right now...U came here to become a minister...but i will give u a death of a weak person. U made my life a hell. ppl call me a rapist cause of u. My wife...my daughter ...all of them left me. and he grabs her face and says what did i do...did i rape u...did i hit u...what did i do..and rachna syas whatever u did was wrong and u know very well...that to hide that mistake u made tons of other mistakes...so u have no other way...except to DIE and i will do it. and u cant stop me....and thakkraal points at her and says i can stop you...right now and u story is over now...look ground beneth u and the sky above u as u wont be able to see it after today.

Ahuja is the party and someone walks up to ahuja and asks for thakkraal and ahuja says he is busy in some imp. phone calls. Just then he hears rachna yelling leave me...leave me..and ahuja walks in that direction. Thakkraal has grabbed her by her throat and has put his hand on her mouth..and ahuja watching this from distance and also other guests. He is almost straggling rachna and rachna looks almiost dead..and he throws her in the water...and ppl have seen this..and thakkraal says SWEET GIRL ...and rachna is shown in the water....

Pre-CAP --- SP Diwakar calls anu and says has rachna come back...and anu says from where...and he says from thakkraal's farm house...as she was there an hr ago. and anu is shocked.
