No More Superstitions 28/3/16

Yayy ranking increased to 35 again. Congrats

Anyway, I dont have much time so here goes:

Episode starts with the Vishwa-Kaali confrontation where Vishwa tells her clearly that he wont tell about the kundli to Dadi.🥱

Kaali is furious that he's going to base the relationship with a lie.

Ab toh open ur eyes Kaali.

Yug in his house thinks of how Kaali is different from what he had thought of her as. He also thinks about how her whole identity is a superstition and wonders how Kaali will be able to remove the tag from her.

He's just always thinking about her. Poor fellow 😭

Gauri calls Yug and is furious and demands to know where he was. He tells he was busy and Gauri tells him she had called him 25 times and he couldn't even call back. He asks how is she and everyone in the house like Kaali. Gauri gets even angrier and tells him that even she can cut calls and ignore. Yug is just plain confused and Gauri cuts the call asking him not to call her as she wont pick up. He obliges. 😆😆

Honestly, I feel bad for Gauri. She doesnt deserve this. Her only mistake is that she's spoilt and she has a horrible father.

Kaali is sad and thinks about calling Manji Maa but sees Vishwa near the phone so plans to meet up with her instead.

She reaches Yug's house and thinks how Dadi will react seeing her. Manji Maa sees her from the balcony and so does Yug and they both go down.

Kaali ayay, aur Yug na jaaye. Impossible 😆

Kaali is happy to see them and tells Manji how she was right and how the superstitions have blinded Vishwa. Manji asks her to come with her but Kaali refuses and tells her that now she has to make sure Manji gets her position in the house and Kaali is called the daughter of the house and not some Kaala Teeka.

Manji looks sad and Kaali asks her to give her one month to wipe away all the superstitions and if she succeeds, Manji comes with her to the house. Manji reluctantly agrees.

But Manji tells her that if she doesn't succeed, Kaali will come with her and they'll both go far away from here. 👏

Kaali, please stop this stupidity and run away with the one person who loves you more than anything. 🥱 And also stop pissing me off!

Yug asks her whats the plan? Kaali looks at him and tells him that he should take Gauri outside but this time, without her.

The next day, Kaali gets a mobile as a gift from Yug who msgs her saying that for their plan, they would need a phone to contact each other as sending letters from pigeons are outdated. 😆😆Kaali laughs and is happy

Ab toh Yug's got a reason to msg Kaali every moment of his life. 😆

Vishwa gets a call from Dadi who asks him to send Gauri for the jewellery. Gauri is also there sulking and Vishwa asks her whether everything is okay. Yug calls her and she cuts the call and Vishwa sees.

Yug again calls her and she picks up and he says sorry to her. She tells him she's busy and Yug tells her not to cut the call and that he'll make up for it. Gauri smiles and Yug asks her to catch up but not bring Kaali.

He msgs Kaali that the plan is set and Kaali replies by saying that she heard. He tells her that he's got a habit of meeting up with her with Gauri and that he'll miss her to which Kaali replies that its good, the habit will go and Yug is sad.

Bechara, yaar! I feel so bad for him too 😭

PeshiMaa comes and asks him what is Kaali's position in his heart to which Yug tells her she's his best friend and he's getting married to Gauri and that's what Kaali wants also and leaves. PeshiMaa is sad and says that Yug is in love with Kaali and she cant do anything about it

PeshiMaa, Im sad too My only hope is you.

Vishwa doesn't allow Gauri to go without Kaali but agrees only if she wears the protection thingi. Kaali looks on.

Bhai, chor do bechari ki jaan 😆

Yug picks her up and looks for Kaali but is disappointed not to see her. 😭

His mind says Kaali. His eyes look for Kaali. 😳

He takes Gauri to his house and Gauri cringes at the jewellery asking which era it is from. 😆 but then apologizes.

Manji comes and sees Gauri and gets emotional.

Aww, finally a Gauri-Manji scene too

Precap: Yug stares at Kaali's picture while Gauri blabbers about some makeup prices 😆 Vishwa realises the dhaaga was fake.

Okay, so a good episode.

Saw Yug's feelings pour out in many different ways. I think he knows he's in love with her but is marrying Gauri just out of duty and also because Kaali wants him to.

I feel Yug and Gauri are getting a punishment they dont really deserve.

Gauri is getting married to a guy who doesnt even bother listening to her since he's so clearly in love with someone else.
Yug is marrying someone he doesnt love.

Not like Kaali isnt the bechari. But she doesnt realise her sacrifice will ruin 3 lives.

A man who couldnt get past his superstitions for more than 14 years, how will he in one month? Deeply disappointed with Kaali.

Overall a nice episode loved how yug started to realise his feelings for kaali

TFS. All the revelations have been useless. I mean its not bringing any big difference to the storyline. Kaali being singer was revealed still yug is marrying Gauri. Kaala teeka - manjri maa revealed still no change of position. Kalyani's truth not coming before anybody else😲😕. Mukta's position same as unwanted guest at yug's house. What has changed!

BTW Holi will happen in the show na? Vishwa said something about it in some episode last week.


And regarding Kaali - Don't have any expectation from her. TV heroines will give all types gyaan and speaking truth sermons. But those are for others. They will have all sorts of reasons to lie or hide truth and do some stupidity in the name of sacrifice.

Well likewise, Kali needs to stop pissing me off too!😆 The truth is right in front of her eyes but she refuses to see it and is hell bent on dragging Manjiri with her. Vishwa has already played the pretending game in the past of him accepting Kali as his daughter, has Kali forgotten that? She wants to be the daughter of the house? Kabhi nahi hoga, loved Manjiri for reminding her that.😆

Yug is a isshmart bum...he will make sure he hears her voice everyday under the pretence of seeing how Kali's plan is going or how to patio Gauri etc...! Rightly so, if she is using him, he needs to repay the favour😆 Even Manjiri can tell how much these two love each other, and yet these two are purposely playing the blind game. Uff!! I hope Kali fails in her mission so Manjiri can take her far away from everything.

I feel inclined to feel for Gauri. She is creating a bed of thorns all by herself. So am waiting for it to prick her good!😆

How can Gauri not recognise Manjiri? That's a major blooper. Manjiri has not changed a bit. The makers need to stop with their idiocy.

U know I love your updates. I could imagine each scene that u wrote of fifnt even need the pictures bt love the pictures. I will watch later and comment properly. But I have to agree about your comments about Gauri. What's her fault in everything. She doesn't truly in her heart of hearts believe the whole superstition stuff. Yes she is a brat who is self indulgent but then she is also hurting from what has happened in her family. I wish they dnt show her as a mean person once she realizes ab kali and yug. Let's hope the cvs can be a little creative with her character

Yug is the only smart character left and to some extent Manji.

But he's stuck with the girl who doesnt go past ahead herself. I mean seriously, who talks about shoes and makeup all the time with your to-be husband. Plus, he clearly isnt interested.

Yeah, I was wondering about that but I remember in one episode, Madhuri had told Kaali that she removed all the pictures of Manji so maybe Gauri doesnt remember so clearly. I mean it has been 14 years! But yeah, Manji hasnt changed at all so it does tend to become a bit weird. She could've atleast been showed to be confused.
