(Sorry folks, as I may be very emotional today😭😭😭, you must excuse if my typing is bad or full of mistakes. I will try to be as error-free as possible! After the whole post is completed I will edit for errors ...)
The episode begins with the next morning … Karan is talking to someone on phone and finding out that Dev-Kaajjal have gone to the temple to take their pheres … he heads there in his car …
Meanwhile they show Dev-Kaajjal at the temple where the same guruji is there (who told Kaajjal to take the pheres at that Ardhanareeswar temple!). He has kept everything ready for the puja. Dev and Kaajjal say to each other that from this day onwards they will throw all that money, property to the faces of those who have no love in their lives ... and they will go away and set up a small house somewhere alone, away from all evils … she says she will hereafter name him "Akkdu" in memory of the brutish way he behaved in the Mussoorie days … and he jokes he will call her "Jaan" as she is his life!
In a very emotional scene, completely showing flashbacks of their wedding, Dev-Kaajjjal exchange garlands … then the havan puja starts … all the while Karan is driving furiously to the temple.
The guruji then asks them to take the pheres, saying it is a very blessed day for all the planets are in excellent places and those who take pheres that day will be partners for seven lives, so God is blessing them specially. Both feel very happy indeed. Its all a very tender and romantic scene …
They take the pheres completely ... and then Dev proceeds to put sindoor in Kaajjal's maang, when Karan runs up the steps of the temple ... and shoots a bullet into the very same arm of Dev with which he put the sindoor.
Dev falls to the ground as Karan says how thrilling it is to do this killing job in the shubh awsar of this ceremony!
When the guruji tries to intervene he threatens him too with the gun. Kaajjal then momentarily distracts Karan saying "We will sign the will, leave us alone", and then she just grabs Karan's arm and points the gun upwards and pushes Karan back down the steps … and then shouts to Dev to get up and run.
But Karan gets back and as Kaajjal raises Dev to his feet and she is holding Dev up, Karan shoots Kaajjal in the back through her chest … she is collapsing dead in Dev's hands … as he is desperately calling her name …
Dev gently eases Kaajjal to the floor as she is still fighting to stay alive ... and he tries rushing towards Karan in anger, when Karan mercilessly shoots Dev in the chest. Still Dev moves to grab Karan, but Karan at point-blank range shoots another fatal bullet into Dev's chest saying "Goodbye!".
Dev falls to the floor a little distance from Kaajjal, and they both, with their last breath, try to inch towards each other, to hold hands in a last parting gesture, as they both let go of their lives.
The Gods look terribly angry and then the guruji who has been pushed to a corner by Karan bursts forth with an angry, thunderous, ominous bhavishyavani to Karan: "They are both partners for seven lives, and take note, you have not succeeded in killing them. They will return again and you will suffer at their very hands, mark my words … you will rue this day, you have done something terrible to yourself!" Karan does not seem to heed ...
The episode then freezes with the words of the bhavishyavani ringing high into the air above and around the temple …
