Hello Parivaar! 🤗
I know the news isn't confirmed yet, but I just wanted to share my thoughts.
Today, DK are finally married. How much longer will the show really last? I think its actually the perfect time to end on a graceful note. The cast should just take a bow, and say goodbye.
I agree, it would have been fun to see DK's married life play out on screen, but lets face it. The serial isn't going anywhere. There seems to be no direction for its future. I mean, we can think as far as DK suhaag raat, lekin phir kya? I don't think the writers/creative heads are competant enough to carry the serial on any longer. Now I think they're making way for Kekta mai and her bakwaas, so it seems they don't really care how things shape up with Kaajjal as long as they can wrap it up soon. Sony is concerned with TRPs and nothing else, but they are not competant enough to acheive the goals they want to. In their many attempts however, they have turned this serial into a big mess with a number of loose ends, and it just seems now that there is no hope left.
These are my thoughts, I'm sorry if anyone disagrees. Its just my opinion.
Now coming to Apu and his decision to leave. Like I said, the news isn't confirmed yet. However, I don't doubt that its true. Think about Apurva, and then think about this show. The show doesn't match Apu's calibre at all. He's much too good for this. His acting skills have been reduced to nothing with this show, and I don't expect him to stand around and play along. If Apu isn't getting the creative satisfaction he needs from Kaajjal; if he's not happy, then why shouldn't he leave? Why shouldn't he go find something thats more apt for his level of talent? There are many better, bigger opportunities out there, and Apu should take advantage of them. He's far too good for this nonsense, and I think that if he's decided to leave, then its a wise decision. I just hope that whatever he does in the future brings him happiness and success. He deserves much better than this. He deserves the world at his feet. This serial, is far from that. If he can find what he well deserves else where, then I think he should go for it. Its horrible for a person to have to wake up every morning and go to work if they don't enjoy what they're doing. I would hate to think that Apurva is one of those people that loathe's getting out of bed in the morning b/c he hates his job.
So, I say, Apurva, if you can something better suited to your talent, where you can get the creative satisfaction you crave, then go get it. Don't sit around and wait. Your happiness is at stake, and that's a lot to put on the line for something that's not worth it at all.
But I will say, I will truly miss this show...and my Devu...and I will forever, remain his Deewani.
(Friends, this was once again, just my opinion. If you disagree, then that's your right. I did not mean to offend anyone.)
Love,
Dev Ki Deewani,
