no i still don't think he is dev... raju is raju but i don't think taht the roducers have killed dev off... i think he is a coma somewhere n when raju succeeds adn ammesha n karan are found to be the culprits raju will leave adn go back to rajgini and dev wil wake up n return home to his kajjal.
as for the english raju is an actor he imitates people's voices very well.

he is dev.. for a split second even kajjal was amased when raju/dev spoke in english so well..

He's definitely Dev otherwise they wudn't show Kaajjal confused, which she is.....and also she doesn't know how to deal with how she's feelin, she's fighting herself as well as who she thinks is Raju 😕 (dnt know if that made sense )....its like her head is telling her its Raju but her heart is tellin her that he's Dev for sure 😉 😳

The other thing is that for someone who's never spoken english, raju is speaking it quite fluently.....no one can learn english that well in just a few days

He's dev for sure, all the clues point to it!! and his language, he couldnt even say his name properly before and all of a sudden hes yelling and everything in proper hindi, and SPEAKING ENGLISH????
