Kaajjal hands the bundles of money on Raju's hands saying that they were the solution of all him problems, he worked for money and she had given him more than he could ever dreamt of but the condition was,he will have to be Dev and go toMumbai with her. Raju hands the money back to kaajjal saying that he would not sell himself for some money; his decision was still the same and will be unchanged. He asks Kaajjal to leave immidiately and Kaajjal was heartrending that all her plans and efforts were going to waste.
Raju hopes that Kaajjal would look back and ask once again but she never did that. Finally Raju looses his patience and asks her to stop. He says that he was feeling sorry for her and just for humanity he was ready to help her for the good cause but his eyes were stuck on the money. Kaajjal was extremely excited but raju says he needed 2 lakhs for the time being as he was worried about Pahua's future. Kaajjal says she had twenty thousand only which she was giving away to him the remaining sun she will give from NT. Raju asks as to when they would leave for Mumbai but Kaajjal says she will have to teach him first the style of Dev, make him perfect so that people dont find out the truth, she would help him with the rehearsals.
Ameesha is angry and is blabbering away because the lawyer had asked for NT's No Objection letter regarding the propety transfer which they will never be able to get. NT would never agree to sign such a paper and they would loose the entire propety. Karan asks her to calm down ensuring that he would get NT sign it by hook or by crook but Ameesha is still not covinced and NT overhears them. She asks about the papers that was creating the mess. Karan makes an excuse that Ameesha wa asked to go to sign the papers for her credit cards which had upset her. NT asks Ameesha to go and sign the papers and she also expressed her wish of bringing back Kaajjal to radiocity.
karan happily aggrees when he notices NTs head spinning,he hands her a bottle of medicine saying that the doctor had suggested her to take the medicine regularly and be under complete bedrest while he handles the office works. Ameesha shouts at Karan for being as caring towards NT as that would be like digging their own grave. The cunning Karan says he had been giving him a medicine that would keep NT weak and stessed out always and she would never ever pop into office matters and if she did he would wash her away from the world like Dev. Ameesha says that it wasn't so easy but Karan says nothing was difficult for him, he would do anything for the property.
Raju tries to dress up like Dev with a pink shirt and parrot green coat with a rose he comes close to kaajjal. She was confused as to lauh or cry; she says Raju still had to learn a lot.
Raju sits with his leg up and Kaajjal corrects him. She shows her Dev's photo and Raju is inquiring as to why he looked so hard and why didn'the smile. Kaajjal says Dev never smiled with his mouth open like Raju, he had his own unique style, he spoke less but whatever he said was very important. Whenever he walked there was something in him that made people look back at him, he is a business tycoon and his approach was a class.She showed him all the snaps of Dev's family member. Then they moved to eating area, she taught him to eat with fork and spoon when Pahua said Chameli was naive of raju's plans. But he concludes that Raju had asked everyone to hide the truth from Chameli as she would beat him up badly. Kaajjal asks him to say "I am Dev Pratab Singh" but Raju's pronounciation went from bad to worst and then she asked him to say "a hand full of sugar" when Raju says that in Panjab they said" chini ka patta maar lo" and Kaajjal's mind went to back to the dhaba where she had explained the same thing to dev when he had too much chilli.
She got upset when acidentally while fighting with spoons and forks Raju spills it into kaajjal's eyes. He quickly rushes to cure the pain when Kaajjal realizes that Raju drank again. She says that atleast he had one thing in common with Dev, both knew to drink and she would not have to teach him that. Raju says he knew about one more similarity and that was both the men liked kaajjal. Kaajjal gets upset with the flirtitious of Raju and pahua asks Raju to be in limits. NT calls Kaajjal to inorm her that she was appoited back in radiocity as Karan was handling it now. Kaajjal is shocked still. She says that Karan had taken everything on his shoulders and he had been going to doctor regularly for NT's health. Kaajjal notices that NT's voice was pretty shaky on asking she says that these days the medicine was making her weak but Karan was looking after her so he wasn't bothered. Kaajjal is panic-stricken that he was feeding her withthe wrong medicine and she didnt have enough time left. She starts looking for Raju.
A party was going on at the dhaba where raju was dancing with Chameli and others; he was totally drunk dancing in beede jalaile. Chameli asked as to why Raju was in such a jolly mood all of sudden. Raju says his life was taking a 360 degree tur and he was becoming gentleman says. Chameli learns about the offer that kaajjal ave him and she is gnashing her teeth.Raju explains that after he returned from Mumbai he will transform the dhaba to a hotel and would be so rich that they would have a car, his dreams were coming true and Pahua will have a dazzling future when he sees Kaajjal standing infront with tears in her eyes. They all stands up stunned.
