Satya and Bua are praying to God that Kaajjal forgets everything and gets normal, they ask Him to bless her with confidence and the power that she gets back her normal life when kaajjal comes. She says that she was going out on Dev hunting mission, she will have to search quite a few places and therefore she has no clue when she would return. She looks at gannu bhaiya's idol and asks for his support and his blessings so that she can succeed in her motives. Bua tells satya as to why he never stopped her, how can a dead person be found on the road.
They were not doing the right thing by supporting kaajjal in her madness but Satya says when kaajjal will come home unsuccessful, she will loose all hopes and break into tears. Kaajjal goes to the accident spot, she thinks of the day when she last talked to Dev, the broken pieces of glasses made her even sadder, she shuts her eyes trying to gather the strength, and she picks up the piece of glass and goes to a neraby stall. The shopkeeper informs that he was the witness of that horrifying accident infact he called up the ambulance. Kaajjal says she knew that her Dev was alive but she asks as to how many members were in that car. The man says he saw only one man who was driving and he was badly injured, was bleedind. Kaajjal shuts him saying her Dev was alive and the man who died can't be her Dev, her heart was still saying, she can't be. The shopkeeper makes fun of her saying she had lost her mind or was still in deep shock.
Ameesha is extremly irritated by the emotional drama that was going on in Singh mansion,she was tired of pretending, then she takes out a file and says,Dev's accident brought her all the good lucks. She had found the route to become rich; her dreams were finally coming true and then she gives a wicked smile. Kaajjal goes to police station and the corps was not ready to reopen the case nor did they take the report of Dev missing. They asked her to check all those proffs that were gathered at the accident spot which were enough for anyone to guess that it was Dev who died in the Bandra accident. Kaajjal's confidence was not meant to be broken, she says that there was an accident but the body was not Dev's and she had full faith on her love, if they police were not eager to help her then she would fight alone. The corps was stunned by her tremendous confidence and it made them think again if it was Dev who died on the accident spot. Kaajjal was in a taxi thinking of how she will start and fight all alone when she noticed someone reading a news paper in a bus which was just beside her taxi.
The paper flew into her taxi but before she could think the green light went on and the vehicles pressed on the accelerators. Kaajjal asks the doctor as to how he could declare the body to be Dev's when he never examined it. The doctor says that Dev's family had recognised the body by the belongings that were found at the accidet spot and they had concluded that kaajjal had no relationships with Dev therefore he didn't care whether kaajjal accepts the accident or not. That leaves kaajjal traumatized.
Nandini comes crying to Panna saying that NT refused to eat anything, she was falling sick and things shouldn't go that way for long. Panna says she herself was in deep pain and it was tough for her to face a boken mother. Mr Mehra the lawyer comes for some legal works with NT but Ameesha does a new drama, she shouts on the lawyer for entering the house when everyone couldn't get over the pain of loosing Dev. She asks Panna and Nandini to leave and promises to handle the legal works. The lawyer is shocked by Ameesha's behavior as she was the one who calle him up for a meeting. Ameesha orders the lawyer to transfer the entire property as quick as possible and promises him a new brand bungalow if she gets the entire property.
Kaajjal is in tears walking along in a park, she remembers the moments spent with dev, she couldn't believe what the entire world was forcing her to believe, and her heart kept on saying that Dev was alive. She remembers how Dev had been so possesive about her,how he proposed her,their last meeting and she seats on a nearby bech shedding tears all alone begging dev to return to his kaajjal. She listens to someone singing the song " Zindagi Ka safar" which was once sung by Dev at the farm house. She stands up and starts looking for dev as she knew it was his voice, she had full faith that she wasn't wrong but she lost sight of the man. She runs here and there for the man and finally she spots him and grabs his jacket, she is shocked to see the man.
Preview: Ameesha is talking to the lawyer who asks her to bring back Veer as he was equally important in the transfer of property. Ameesha is trapped as if Veer showed up then he would spoil her plans.
