Dev holds Kaajjal tight and brings her even close so that she is unable to free herself. Kaajjal keeps on asking him to let go, he says that he was sorry for his behavior and gets a drink for her. Kaajjal is still shocked and she says that she doesn't drink but Dev says that there is always a beginning and she will have to drink with him, he forces her to drink saying that the entire night is still there to have fun. Kaajjal's soul seemed departed to see Dev's behavior; that lust filled eyes as if an animal.
Dev says that Kaajjal trusts him and that's why she was all alone in that suite with him. He says that Kaajjal was Dhruv's fiancee and very soon she will be Mrs Raichand and he just wants to celebrate the night with her. Kaajjal says that her marriage was fixed with dev not Dhruv but Dev asks her to think if his name was ever mentioned. He says that he will never marry a girl like Kaajjal, his status will never allow him to do that, he was always waiting for this day all alone with Kaajjal but Dhruv came in between. He was desperate to marry her, he started liking her and therefore he had no choice but act as his cupid. Kaajjal's dreams are on fire.Dev goes and gets a dress for her, which was really sexy and he asked her to wear it before the night is spoiled.
Kaajjal tries to free herself but Dev says that he would not let her go unless he is satisfied as she had spolied enough of his precious time. Kaajjal is in tears, his hands gripped her shoulders tight and it hurt her badly, her self-respect was shattered to pieces. Finally kaajjal slaps him hard and says that she had done the biggest mistake of her life by believing in those dreams that were never meant for her. She runs away crying and Dhruv sees her. He tries to console her but kaajjal is in no mood for another explanation, she urges to go home. Dhruv leads her to his car.
Dev says that he had lost the right to ask forgiveness from kaajjal, today he had permanently excluded Kaajjal from his life. He cries again and drops the glass of wine; Kaajjal had now hatred for him in her heart. Throughout the drive Kaajjal kept on shedding tears. She couldn't believe it was her Dev Sir, the man whom she had dreamt to be the bride of, so many romantic moments shared with him were nothing but a bunch of lies. Dhruv insists of knowing the name of the person who caused her tears. kaajjal says that it was none other than his childhood friend, Dev. He tried to seduce her in that hotel room.
Kaajjal cried and her family cries along, they cursed Dev for breaking their trust and hurting their emotions. They addressed Dev as a devil who was always there wearing a mask of honesty and loyality,he was top to bottom fake. Satya says he will go and meet that man who had tried to seduce his daughter, but Bua asks him to forget everything and not to talk about the man who had dirt in the heart from day one. satya calls NT and says that he was disgusted by Dev's behavior, he could never imagine that he was such an abnoxious animal who had behaved indecently with his daughter,he concludes that he was ashamed to relate what happened. Dev comes home and NT asks him what he did with kaajjal.
Dev says that he commiited something that should have been done long back. Just then Dhruv enters in an angry mode and says that he was ashamed to say that Dev was his friend. Such was a behavior was never expected from his childhood friend. He starts hitting Dev and Dev didn;t say a word. he was happy that people hated him so much, he will not have this pain in his heart that he couldn't secure kaajjal's future. Dev was thrown from here to there; Dhruv punched him saying that he behaved indecently with his fiancee Kaajjal. He tries to hit Dev with a statue with NT stops him. She understands that Dev had planned everything. He knew that was going to die and therefore he had forced Kaajjal away from his life.
