Kaajjal with cancer?

Kaajjal going to develop cancer? Or am I just clueless😕. I haven't seen all the episodes, I just started watching on and off......But I know before she moved to the city there was talk about a panditji or someone stating hardships and bits and pieces about the future she has to endure Again, I started watching the show later on and have seens episodes on and off, so you'll have to forgive me....

I'm just curious, cause originally I put maybe his love from before had cancer and then died. But judging from today's episode it isn;t so. But I edited it later to take it out and add in devika, since everyone was saying devika was his first love. Now where did the devika name come from and story. Because originally I thought his first love did die but I was told by so many forum members her name was devika and she was alive. Where did everyone get this from? Cause now she's named Payal and she did in fact die. But his sudden death and moreover her state(body badly damaged) makes it seem more of an accident than cancer. Sorry had to ask so searched for an old post where devika was mentioned. As for the Kaajjal cancer, I got it from the original plot when the story was named Lago Re lago or something like the article has it. But Kaacon might have changed it since.

There were so many posts on Devika at the time betraying and leaving Dev. Where did this come from? Just curious. Thanks in advance!!!!

When Dev-Kaajal return form Lonawala the next dat Dev went missing & Kaajjal found him in his madh island house.Dev was drubk & emotionally down & he hugged Kaajal & said her not 2 leave him & after she left he said y did u leave me Devika.

Hence every1 thought tht Devika was d girl who left Dev 4 money but in yesterday's episode it was revealed tht Payal was girl in Dev's life who was his wife.
