I'm excited about these two as well...i love the freshness of Dev's character. Everything is just up in the air at this point. I think though that when they do fall in love, he'll fall in love w/ her first, and then I think he will be protective of her. Seeing his character as it is now, i think that he will turn violent if any harm threatens to come her way. And I think that this violence of his will scare her but she'll still love him...
maybe I've taken the story in a completely different direction altogether...
I guess we'll have to wait and watch! :)
