Kamalika dons doc's garb in K Street

Kamalika Guha Thakurta is back with Balaji after a short sabbatical. The actor is shortly going to be seen in K Street Pali Hill, playing an NRI doctor. Post Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu

Thi and Ba, Bahu aur Baby, the actor acted in a play called Tea, Coffee or Me and is all gung ho about being part of K Street… from 9 August.

"I play a positive character and will enter the show as Achla who has been invited by Ronak's (played by Alok) parents to treat their son. Eventually, I start living with the family and get involved with all the characters and everything that is happening in the family, " chirps Kamalika whose character might turn negative as the story progresses.

She got this offer last week and has so far shot a few episodes for K Street Pali Hill. The actor will have a simple yet fashionable look in the show. "I will not have a Kyunki... kind of look but will be adorning chiffon saris and have a straight hair look for now," adds Kamalika.
