if u meant smriti den her face is changed n also her name she is called simran now

lol k basically... cos before K tried to kill SMRITI but she didnt die her face got badly ruined so she had to have plastic surgery by vansh... lata everyone started callin her simran cos like every1 thought she died and vansh knew her as simran u get me so she kept simran.. but now GK kidnapped simran and killed her so ye simran is smriti!! 😆
