In my summary below, I'll use the names of the family characters as provided in the Tellybuzz article, to make it somewhat clearer, even though watching the episode, it wasn't so.
Part 1

Kabir is cheered as he makes his entry. His father turns to him, addresses him and invites him for a hug, but Kabir somehow doesn't seem happy to see him 😕😆 Kabir goes up to his dad and greets him, while his 2 bros look on. Kabir tries to tell his father that he has something he wishes to discuss, but his father asks him to sit amidst all of them, and tells him that from today, he too is amongst them. He tells him that there is a major party meeting today. Kabir sits down and wonders why Bhabisa asked him not to come.

In the kitchen, Kabir's elder bhabi is making kheer, when his other bhabi Bhavri comes in, looks @ the stove and starts laughing. Asha asks her why she's laughing, and Bhavri points out that she hasn't lit the oven 😆 and is using the wrong ladle. Asha lights the stove, and Bhavri tells her that this reminds her of Basant Panchami, when they'd have kheer, and songs and dances. She then becomes nostalgic over those memories 😍 and starts singing. Asha shuts her up, and tells her that there is a meeting going on outside, and if they overhear the women, all hell would break loose 😲🤔 Bhavri tells her that that reminds her that peeping through the door, she spotted devarji (i.e. Kabir) Asha bhabi is shocked.

In the living room, there is one lady in the party meeting, and Raghavendra tells them all that women are the strength of the family and well respected 🤔 A woman's place is not just the kitchen, but parliament as well, and his party is out to empower women. Kabir and his middle bro look somewhat incredulous @ this remark, while the female guest smiles. To that end, Raghavendra continues, Mrs Sharla Devi is present (so this is his female guest's name) since only a woman can understand women's issues 🥱 Everybody cheers.

In the kitchen, Bhavri bhabi is again humming, and suddenly stops. Asha-di asks her what's up, and she says that in her village, once, there was a marriage in which kheer was prepared. A snake fell into it 🤣 and all the guests disappeared (This bhabi can be about as inspiring as Poonam 😆) She wants to taste it to see that it's okay, but Asha-di stops her, and she resumes humming (viewers may find Bhavri-di endearing or annoying, depending on one's POV) She then tells Asha-di that stirring is fun, and asks her to give it to her. Asha-di reluctantly does, and leaves to make something else, while Bhavri resumes humming, and starts stirring the pot.

In the main room, Raghavendra is yakking away about the greatness of women, when suddenly, he hears the noise of dishes in the kitchen (maybe the kheer spilt?) He smiles, while his sons look annoyed. Sumer gets up and heads to the kitchen, where Bhavri is cringing in one corner, and Asha in another, and the kheer pot is on the floor. (So my guess was right!!!) He catches Asha by the hair 😲 and demands to know how did noise from the kitchen get heard outside? (simple, dude, the pan fell on the floor - are you blind?) So while in one room Raghavendra is going on & on about the high status of women (what a topic for a party meet, particularly from someone w/ such misogynic family members), his son is busy bullying his wife over an accident in the kitchen. Kabir looks @ his other bro, somewhat incredulous about such BS. Everybody cheers. In the kitchen, Sumer forces Asha to pick up the hot pan and put it back, scalding her hands in the process 😡 He tells her not to let out a sound, while this is her punishment. All this while, dad is busy yakking away in the living room on just this one subject - women! Finally, Sumer arrives and tells his dad something, and he smiles, while everybody cheers this bhashan that he's just given.

Bhavri apologizes to Asha for being the cause of her torture, but Asha calms her and asks her to prepare the atta, or else, everyone will get mad. (Kabir supposedly has servants in his house, but in his family home, there are none - the bahus have to do this?) In the meantime, Raghavendra dismisses the meeting.

Kabir goes to him and tells him that he has something to discuss. He tells him that right now is the time for the public. He asks Raghuveer to take that file to the party office. He tells someone who's presumably the family astrologer that today, he has to take a major decision about his son.

Part 2

Jyoti is lying on her bed, getting the usual flashbacks of her last moments w/ Kabir. Poonam comes in w/ tea, and asks him whether Kabir had called or not. Jyoti says no, and Poonam, in her usual Kramer-like candor, asks her whether she thinks Kabir will call her 🤢😆 Jyoti looks @ her horrified (despite being very familiar by now about Poonam's total lack of people sense & timing) and Poonam tells her that even if his battery was low, he must have charged it by now, and still, he has not called? She then wonders whether he's met w/ an accident, and Jyoti asks her how can she talk like this? (Jyoti, don't you know her by now? Another prize selection by you 😆) Poonam tells her that she didn't want to hurt her, but the thought just occured to her. She wonders whether Kabir's parents turned down his request, which is why he didn't call. With these inspiring words, Poonam leaves, leaving Jyoti wondering what's going to happen next

Part 3

Kabir unpacks his stuff, and while pulling out his phone, that had not been recharged, remembers that Asha bhabi was telling him not to come. He heads for the door to meet her, but she's already there, comes in and blocks the door. She asks him why he came, and that if he loves Jyoti, he should recognize that there is no room for a divorcee like her here. Kabir said that initially, he thought the same thing, but after hearing his father's speech, thought that he has changed.

In the other room, Kabir's father mocks the idea of women in power, saying that the induction of Sharla Devi was just a ruse to lock the women's vote, and prevent them from going to the opposition. His associate agrees w/ him, and think that he was brilliant.

The conversation then shifts to Kabir - Raghavendra says that while he was young, Kabir was allowed to do whatever he wished, but now thinks the time has come for Kabir to assume more responsibilities, so he's thought of something for him. He's asked whether Kabir would agree, and responds that in this house, everything happens by fiat. He remarks that this is not parliament, where everything is debated and deliberated on. In the ohter room, Kabir tells his bhabisa that there is no question of any discussion - he's confident that his father will agree. Asha tries to interrupt him, but he tells her that he gave Jyoti a promise and came. He tells her about Jyoti's request to at least try, and tells her that if he didn't, he'd have let her down. Bhabisa decides that he's already gone far ahead, and blesses him.

Kabir then joins his father & bros, and his father tells him that he has something in his mind that he wants to tell them but can't, and points out that people have this hesitation when what they want to say is improper. However, this is the age when people are caught in dilemas. He tells Kabir that he has good news for him - for his well being, he's decided to make a decision on his behalf, and tells Kabir that he's arranged his marriage 😲🤢 Kabir is shocked to hear this, and looks @ his dad completely horrified.

Comments

This would normally be a dull episode, except that it addressed the curiousity people had re: Kabir's family. Today, one got to see his father and older bro @ length, as well as get a glimpse into his younger bhabi, who seems rather playful. Just wonder what made Raghavendra pick her for Raghuveer.

Somehow, the way it dwelt on women, of all things, was just annoying. I did like the chota Bhabi Bhavri (need to remember not to mix her up w/ the evil Bhairavi, who we've hopefully left behind) and she looks just the type to cheer up the mood, which needs cheering up. Since they'd be the primary companions to Jyoti if and when she marries, their profiles were really the ones to look out for.

Poonam continues to be an inspiration - looks like Sumer, rather than Deepu, would have been the right hubby for her. 😈 Although given that it was Jyoti's idea to force Kabir to sell his family into the idea of accepting Jyoti, I think this is the right environment for her. After all, if she is going to refuse to accept a livable environment, like w/ Kabir in Udaipur, then she might as well join her 2 didi's in the kitchen, be the youngest in the family for the first time - a role that suits her better - and at least, she has no hapless devars like Udai to trap here. I'd love to see her confront Sumer. Given her track record w/ Pankaj & Bhairavi, that should be worth watching.

As for the engagement proposal for Kabir, it is so reminiscent of the way Bhairavi tried to initially force Neelam on Uday, and get humiliated @ the 11th hour by his marrying Sudha and then turning up home. It will be funny if after everything she's done, Jyoti ends up having to do the same thing for Kabir only to save him from this marriage that he's not remotely interested in. Incidentally, Raghavendra's act was pretty identical to the raja in Devi, where he gets his son, the male protagonist Pranay, engaged to Devi, despite Pranay being interested in another girl. Today was the marriage of Pranay & Lakshmi. Hopefully, Kabir won't end up that way. And if he does, Jyoti will have only herself to blame.

Episode rating: 👍🏼👍🏼

👍🏼: Liked Kabir's chota bhabi Bhavri. Asha is nice too

👎🏼: Sumer's treatment of Asha, Raghavendra's 2 faced attitude re: women, the unilateral proposal for Kabir

P.S. Note that in the above poll, you can vote for multiple people, one after another.

thanx vrisha...any more scary families left in the show to add???jyoti might actually enjoy this family,seriously..masochistic tht she is..bt i think even she will revolt at the kind of behaviour the men of this amazing family show...normal women on the other hand will probably run in the opposite direction, kabir following of course..
