Part 1
Jyoti tells Kabir that she accepts whatever the almighty might have decided for her. Kabir tells her that's no answer, and that she must have thought of something for herself. Jyoti tells him that she's thought of a lot of things for herself, but it doesn't always pan out as she wishes, since HE has other ideas. She also accepts that that's the right decision for her. She concedes that she's sometimes surprised, sometimes saddened, but she still has faith in HIS decision. Kabir silently tells HIM that HE must have thought something for Kabir & Jyoti. So from today, he'll stop thinking (that's all well & good, but HE is not going to propose for you - that you are going to have to do, and that would be HIS will) and trust that whatever he decides for Jyoti will be for the best.
Padma asks Deepu whether he's informed Sudha. Deepu tells her that he kept calling, but got no reply. He thinks the number may have changed. They also note that the atmosphere there has changed a lot since Jyoti's divorce. Deepu thinks Bhairavi may have decided to intercept any messages for Sudha. Padma then asks him to call Pankaj, so that he can let Sudha know. Deepu agrees.
In the Vashist house that night, Pankaj receives Deepu's call, and asks him about Jyoti. He's happy to note that she's fine, and thanks Deepu for informing him. Deepu tells him about the wedding, and Pankaj is surprised. Deepu tells him that if there is love in their hearts, it works, and besides, Brij has changed completely. Deepu asks him to convey that message to Sudha.
Neelam arrives, snatches the phone from Pankaj's hand, and demands to know who he was talking to 👏 (I love this treatment - Pankaj getting a taste of his own medicine. If only CM was there to witness that) He tells her that it's none of her business (nice going, Pankaj!) He demands his phone back. Neelam checks out the number, and accuses him of talking to Jyoti. 👏 (This stuff is as good as the episodes of Brij blackmailing Bhairavi. The look on Pankaj's face was priceless!!! He was so livid!!!) She tells him that she's not only blind by sight, but blind by his senses (this gets better by the second! 👏👏👏) She tells him that the girl who deceived him in the company of her bf in his presence, he still wants to talk to him (given what she did w/ Gautam, or wanted to do, this was just as rich, coming from her, but I'm still glad she's giving it to him)
Pankaj gets up and tells her to shut up! He demands his phone back!!! She hands it back to him, and he leaves, bumping into her. Neelam is just as pissed. 👏
Back @ the Sharmas, Dadi comes up and grabs Kabir for the dance (this is cool to watch - if the worse does happen and Jyoti goes back to Pankaj, I hope that Kabir @ least snags Dadi 😉😆) Pathetic Pankaj calls Jyoti's cell, but it's in another room, not w/ her, and keeps on ringing 👏 (Good, I don't want Jyoti to talk to that loser, since she's still not immune to his words) Pankaj says to himself that he needs to talk to Jyoti 😡 However, he wonders what to tell her, but thinks he has to tell her something (No, you don't, you have no business talking to her. GFY!!! 😡😡) He wonders why his heart ain't w/ him, and why it's crying (maybe b'cos you no longer have a heart - it's probably packed in Bhairavi's locker) He goes out for a walk, pathetically wondering where. Finally, he sits down somewhere, tears rolling down his cheeks. (This part was a pure waste of episode minutes - who wants to see this pathetic loser?)
Part 2
Jyoti hears the phone & is headed to her room, and 2 guests stop her, but she tells them that she's not feeling well. She enters a room, and sees Sushma sitting alone. She asks her what she's doing alone. Jyoti tells her that her bidai is tomorrow, so to save those tears for then. Sushma tells her that she's extremely scared (I'd be too, if I was in her predicament, w/ her history w/ her groom) Jyoti stops her, and tells her not to even think such thoughts (wasn't Sushma's problem in the past just that - that she never thunk when it came to Brij?) She tells her that the past was a nightmare, but what's happening now is for real. Tomorrow, her mom will deck her up, dad will do the kanya-dan (but KK doesn't believe in that - remember, how @ Jyoti's marriage, he refused to do it, and MN cancelled the tradition.) Every parent dreams of sending their daughter off to their sasural, but due to circumstances, they couldn't do it to date, and tomorrow, for the first time, a barat will come to their house. She tells Sushma that she'll fulfill their parents' dream. She gives Sushma a picture of the 3 sisters together as kids. She reminds her of how she & Sudha used to dress her up as a bride, and tomorrow, that dream will come true.
Next morning, Dadi tells Padma that since they have a wedding going on, they should have got up early. Deepu comes in singing & dancing, and asks if he should go to fetch Brij, but Jyoti tells him that Kabir has gone for the purpose. Deepu is amused. 😆
Kabir enters Brij's apartment, which looks like a wasteland, and looks for him, and finds him resting on the walls of the floor (Brij should ask to be a ghar jamai, instead of taking Sushma back here, although that would create space problems in the house, which Kabir could then ameliorate by marrying Jyoti and taking her away). He tells a sleeping Brij that it's his marriage day, but he's not yet ready, but to get ready, and here is his wedding attire. He asks Brij whether he was still sleeping? Brij opens his eyes and tells him that he was sleeping, but not any more. He can see everything - right & wrong. He tells him that he cannot marry Sushma (he is right, but he might have done well to break that earlier, and spare his sasural that expense) Kabir asks him whether he's gone mad, and all preparations are done, and Brij had himself given a commitment to Sushma. He tells him that Sushma has just started recovering, and he's going back?
Brij tells Kabir that any relationship based on a lie is destined to break, and there is a big lie that is a part of him. Until he can separate that lie from himself, he can't marry. (I think this is the lie he told the Vashisths @ the behest of Bhairavi. But if that's the case, why not confess it to Jyoti & the rest of the family?) He assures Kabir that he does want Sushma happy, and he will marry her, but he does need some more time. He tells him that there is one task he needs to complete before he does that.
Kabir tries to stop him and tells him to at least tell him where he is going. Brij tells him to assume that he's commited a major crime, and that he's not going to return before setting that right.
Part 3
Brij is hiding some distance outside the Vashisth mansion, where he sees the 2 guards who manhandled him @ the gate. He tells himself that due to him, Pankaj & Jyoti were separated, and so unless he went and told Pankaj the truth, he couldn't marry Sushma. (What good would that exactly do? Instead, why not confess to Jyoti, and let her decide if she wants Pankaj back in her life?) He runs to the gate, being careful not to be seen by the guards. The security phone rings, and one of the guards signals the other to open the gate. He sees Pankaj get into the car and leave.
Brij runs after the car, calling out to Pankaj. He chases the car for a while, before he trips and falls. Pankaj hears him, and asks Ram Singh to stop the car. He asks him to return. Brij looks at them, and the episode ends on his face.

Kabir tells Jyoti that he had never proposed to any girl before, but he is in love w/ her. ❤️😍🥳 Jyoti looks up @ him, stunned. (Jyoti, please say yes, please don't freak out!!!)

The Neelam-Pankaj track was the highlight of this episode, and I loved every moment of it. Here Pankaj was, innocently talking to Deepu, and Neelam snatches the phone from him, accuses him of talking to Jyoti & cheating on her, calls him blind in more ways than one, and leaves him feeling like you-know-what. Wonder whether Pankaj got any sense of what Jyoti must have felt when he just accused her: I just love Neelam for putting the shoe on the other foot.
I don't agree w/ what Brij is doing, although I can see the motivation. He wants to fix what he broke, but first, he needs to verify w/ Jyoti whether she wants it fixed in the first place. The proper thing for him to have done that day, when he got reconciled to Sushma, would have been to confess to them what had gone on b/w Bhairavi & him, and offer to do whatever they wished in this regard. I don't mind Pankaj being miserable as a result of finding out that he wronged Jyoti, but I do mind Jyoti being put in a situation where she feels obligated to return to him. I sincerely hope that doesn't happen. But I think Monday, Pankaj is going to meet Brij, and what happens from there is anyone's guess. But he does know that Brij is now in favor w/ the Sharmas. Note that he didn't bother to try and relay that message to Sudha. (I actually don't mind Sudha missing out on this, since Brij was the one who also tried to seduce her when he was blackmailing Jyoti)
The precap was awesome. Of course, I've never seen a girl say yes the first time, but I hope Jyoti does. Or at least, I hope this proposal is overheard by Kabir's other wellwishers like KK, Dadi, Sushma, and that they persuade her to accept.
