Jyoti, Sumi (not sure what show she is from) and Surekha (Kabir's mausi, and also a character in Bandini) are in Surekha's house (where the GB is happening) making sure all arrangements are made. Kabir comes there to help, but both drive him away. The Sharmas arrive there and are welcomed. Sushma is confused and Sumi explains to her that this all is for her GB. They take her to sit down.

Jyoti, Sudha, and Sumi all perform on different numbers while Kabir secretly watches Jyoti's performance. After the performance, Khemi and Toral from Bandini arrive. Sumi suggests they play a game for both to-be mothers (Sushma and Toral). Both are blindfolded and have to feel different items and guess what they are. Toral ends up winning (Sushma seems so unenthusiastic😆). Preeti from DHKJ shows up there soon after.

Suddenly, Uday and Kabir show up dressed as women and dance to Dekhta Hai Tu Kya. Padma is frowing (weird, Kabir is the one that made this GB possible!) After the act, they change back into their normal clothes and have another performance on Aal Iz Well. Later, Sushma tries telling Jyoti that she's worried about this child but Padma intervenes and says that all mothers are like that before they have their child. Deepu and Poonam arrive.

Suryakamal from DHKJ shows up and performs on Dance pe Chance with Preeti. Monghi and Birwa-Sarang come there and Monghi-Birwa compete on the song Mere Dholna. Again after the performance, Sushma tries talking to Jyoti but this time are interrupted by Kabir. Afterwards, all the guys and girls are arguing about whether Sushma will have a boy or girl. Padma holds a gold chain next to Sushma and seeing it sway in a circle declares it will be a girl. All the couples dance on different songs like Girls/Boys are best and Zoobi Doobi. Padma frowns again when Kabir and Jyoti are dancing together😕

They all have a final performance on Deewangi. Everyone is leaving and they thank Surekha for hosting this party at her house. Kabir tells them that there's one more surprise waiting for them at home (Brij?) . They all happily leave and Surekha waves goodbye. End.

Comments: Nothing much today, it was mostly all performances. So it's better to watch today's episode than to read. Looks like Brij is already waiting at the Sharma's house to give them a surprise😆

Thanks for the update. I found the cross-dressing dance my favorite, and actually preferred the Uday-Kabir dances to that of any of the gals. So much for this supposed to be a gal's program. 🤣🤣

There was also Poonam & Deepu arriving late, and Poonam doing a rasam for Sushma. And then after their performance, Kabir got a tray of drinks for Sushma, then gave it to Jyoti to hold and then picked up a glass of mango juice for himself, still leaving Jyoti holding the tray - almost as though Jyoti was his wife 😆 I guess if you can't snuggle up to her, that's the next best thing you can do 🤣

Also, Sumi is Preeti's sister from DHKJ, and there was also Mangalu, a character from Jamuniya. Wonder what he was putting into the drinks - was he trying to spike them? And for whom?

I liked the scene of Jyoti welcoming Monghi, and then Birwa-Sarang. Ironic, given that Monghi was today in the shoes Jyoti was in when she got jilted - Monghi by Sarang, Jyoti by Brij. Yet, Jyoti goes on to congratulate Birwa, and the way she told Monghi 'what are you doing here' - she meant Monghi didn't belong near the doorway, but it could just as easily have been interpreted to mean that she doesn't belong here period. OTOH, Birwa could have told Sushma that she followed her footsteps and will now dance for her 🤣

Note: those in India who didn't get to see it (I only saw parts of it, and it was a 2 hr show), it'll run again @ 2:00pm IST until 4:00pm on Sunday. Catch it then!

well, that drink was 4 suryakamal. energetic drink😆😉

talking abt y'dayz episode. none of the character of jyoti were behaving like the characters neither jyoti nor sudha nor padma. but the characters of other serials were behaving like the characters they play in their own respective serials. i watched the entire show thinking mayb sumthing interesting wud happen at the end. but nope... boring. yes, it's quite fun 2 watch the performances but not in the serial jyoti. i mean it didn't look like i was watching jyoti. at 1st i was confused whether this is a repeat telecast of rakhi ka swayambar or rahul dulhaniya lejaayega😕

but i must say the choreographer has done a gr8 job!👏 forget the serial, it didn't look like jyoti but talking abt the dance performances all of them danced very well👏 jyoti had her hair curled😕sudha was wearing an outfit that sudha never wears. whenever sudha speaks there's something like a pause or hesitation...quality of sudha which has been missing since Friday's episode.
n yes, how 2 forget padma... her dress sense... well if she had ever dressed up like that earlier while she attended the vashisht house mayb bhairavi wudn't mind the sharma family entering the vashisht house🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

but though the performances were worthwatching n enjoyable...looking from the perspective of the serial jyoti i wud say a very poor n disappointing episode 👎🏼 just a stunt 2 increase the TRP a speed breaking episode 👎🏼 but yes, if u don't look it from jyoti's perspective then the performances r worthwatching... an episode just 4 timepass nothing more😕

No. But Monghi, Birwa & Sarang did. I thought Sarang could have easily joined the guys in that prediction contest - he looked like a fish out of water. And Khemi looked sorry for Monghi, but didn't once think of taking her aside & comforting her?😕😕😕

I thought @ the end of their dance competition, Monghi should have asked Jyoti who won - herself or Birwa 😆😆😆

Exit question: is Sushma bound to have a girl based on Padma's prediction? 😆😆

It wasnt an episode which could take the serial forward or something...and to an extent i was happy brij wasnt brought in yesterday coz all the fun wud've died...but all in all it was a refreshing change to watch all of them in a different avtaar...i too wish these ppl wud look lyk this even in the show..i mean not all those glitzy clothes (that ways Jyoti seems real when its characters dress accordingly..not lyk some shows where middle class ppl also get to wear bling bling clothes in DAILY life ! ;-) :-P) But i sure wud lyk to see Jyoti a little trendier (the way she looked when kabir tried that dil chahta hai formula) n sudha always looks great in her non-sudha look (be it as devika or yesterday) n sushma too looked good when she was married to brij (u know hair differently done n stuff..now she looks too depressed n all)

But looks aside, these ppl perform really well (acting n dancing)...Jyoti was WOW in all her dances, sudha was AWESOME, padma is quite graceful too, uday was good n kabir wasnt so bad either (his expressions were adorable as usual),kabir n uday's performance was FUN n all others lyk suryakamal, preeti,sumi etc were great too :-) :-) :-) :-)
I missed dadi...she too should hve shaken a leg!! ;-) ;-)
It was quite some entertainment if there was nothing to do on a lazy saturday night!

Precap for tomorrow

Kabir & Jyoti are on his jeep driving home, and Jyoti asks him what's the surprise. Kabir points to Brij, who is out doing some sort of manual labor - like carrying cement on his head 😕 Jyoti doesn't look remotely happy, to say the least. (Don't blame her one bit!!!)

Jyoti and Sudha looked good for a change, Sudha is pretty if she leaves her hair down/open straighened and wears makeup she will look better. and yeah they were acting differently to how they normally be like in Jyoti serial lol, even Padma looked good for once which makes a change, i dont think Sushma looked all that. x
