Why do KK, Padma & Dadi look shocked when Uday asks them? Don't they know that when a guy is dating their unmarried daughter, sooner or later, assuming that he's a decent person and not just trying to screw her, he's going to want to marry her? And it's not like a new relationship, unless they consider Bhairavi & Gayatri 2 separate families.

Or do they expect Uday to be another Brij, inspite of what he has done for Sudha to date? I hope Jyoti doesn't have to plead Uday's case to KK et al - she's going thru enough as it is. Maybe Mahendranath & Gayatri will have to come w/ the proposal. Maybe some emotional arm-twisting - like if KK refuses, they'll think he doesn't consider their family worthy of his daughter 😆😆😆

Or a funny twist to this scene would be Sushma threatening to come out, and KK quickly telling Uday, sure, go ahead, take her and go to your parents for her blessings (so that he can conceal Sushma) 😆😆😆
