Hy i was wondering how come 1 member become a coolbi n other not its cofusing??😕 4 those tht do writtn updatez 2 people vote n whoz the best or something...Sorry to ask but just foud it very unuseuall, hpe someone give me and answer..😳

For becoming a coolbie u have to write updates regularly.
The member who writes regular Updates for a Section, over a period of time, will be promoted by the Section Mods and others in the Board to a Coolbie Status.

We have 2 members writing updates regularly for us...Sakuraa & Shantell
