In todays episode Pankaj/Sachin mentioned to Jyoti when she was unconcious that they both will live and die together he remembers the vows but she's forgotten. They must have done this as kids coz as adults they never said this to each other.

Actually I'd hate to be the one to spoil it but they have never met before, until Sachin/Pankaj came to teach at the orphanage, they made those vows a while back in one of the episodes, Sachin said to Jyoti that he will always be there for her and that she has to be there for him always too, it was after she had a traumatic time because she found out about Sandeep's deception! Hope that helped! 😊
