It reminds me of a rekha movie

I think it is a remake of an old rekha movie, her bro was raj baabar drunk and later kanwaljeet marries her sis cos rekha asks him to ..he was in love with rekha but rekha says ki agar mujhse pyar karte ho to meri bahen se shadi kar lo...superwoman rekha ...i can't digest all this bullshit...this serial to seems to be going that way..

This movie was in my mind for quite a long time. Best part is after her 1st lover marries her sis, her boss where she works expresses a desire to marry her and she agrees. The brother turns over into a new leaf and she finally decides that bro will take care of the family. what happens is on the day of the marriage, bro gets killed and Rekha comes to know. now what does she do..you and me would expect that she would get married and take care of the family. But the answer is no, she gets her 2nd sister married to the boss (incidentally played by Rakesh Roshan) and starts working again !

that is why i heally hated that movie..so very impractical and they tried to show rekha in a very superwomanish role...
