TOI..Sara khan to return with junnon? - Page 3

Lets face facts. Junoon trps never did rise since its on a slot in direct competition with NBT and QH both of which have been promoted since even before they were aired by the channels and the PHs. And despite bad to average acting both the shows have higher trps. While junoon has had no promotions and desite the best bloody cast is languishing thanks to a lackadiasical attitude frm both the channel and the PH. So who says this track will change the situation. Did Sara do anything for that awful show 'Welcome'?

@Saba : Even I dont want her character to b a psycho like Akash if she is entering the show .. but we cannot assume it unless we know whats her role since this article is not really giving a clear picture of her role

what if she is actually playing Sunehri ?? 😉 .. mayb they r changing the actress and they might show Sunehri along with DT and his second wife shifting to city now post Sudha's death .. so then we do hv a proper base to her character .. right 😉

thats why I want to wait and watch 😳

Welcome was not just about Sara .. it was a reality show with diff type of actors doing cat fights .. people hv seen such things already in big boss ..nothing new and so noone was interested .. but as an actor ,Sara is a reputed one and thats where trps might go up a bit .. if not drastic but at least better than current 0.5-0.6 because a established actor's entry always adds up at least 0.2-0.3 extra viewership to the show ... as it is we hv nothing to loose because trps wont go beyond 0.5 for sure in current track ... so CVs r only trying to get it up a bit ...

About competition , I agree but every slot has similar competition , that should not b the excuse to just leave it and b satisfied with only 0.5 ratings .. one should always try to move up even if its by 0.1 too ...

Srry but my pov is that this shows lack of creative ability in story writing and a complete dearth of ideas. It is just a rehash of the track that has already been played out. Changing the pivot point from Meera to Prithvi does not make it creative, new or exciting!

yup, Junoon is in direct competition with super popular QH and NBT which makes it really hard for Junoon to survive even with best promotions available and here as a matter of fact we dont even get basic promotion

For god sakes there is a separate marketing department in every product firm to increase the awareness and sales of the product and sadly we have got every thing going in favour of Junoon except the most required feature
