As per pre-cap it seems Akash knows Meera is listening and that is why he is mouthing those heart-ache dialogues to gain sympathy from Meera.

She will defo feel guilty and will that result in creating distance from Prithvi? đ˛
Pre cap was really scary from mithvi point of view, every thing is happening as per Akash and mithvi are not even able to stand in front of him , kaise pata chalega and to whom?
Both Meera and Prithvi trust Akash more than their lives , how will they come to know about his true colors.
Meera is driven by guilt and Prithvi is blinded by Akash's fake love and concern.
