since we all know Meera survives and does not drink the poison(by the way who keeps poison bottle in a safe box in the wardrobe😲 ), my only concern is let it not be Akash who stops her,either DT or dadi stops her or better lightning strikes in afternoon and she herself drops the poison bottle.

Who do you guys think would stop her or should stop her?

Maybe Sudha or RK call DT and tell that Prithvi is on his way and so Meera decides of her own not to kill herself but to kill Prithvi with her anger!

i think it might be Akash the way he was looking at Meera at the precap and also CV's might do to keep Akash safe for now. Everyone including Meera still think Akash is goody goody but even I really hope it is DT.
