BTW.. how do you know that the people you sending passwords are not copying your updates or forwarding them to their friends who copy updates? soon you may not have any readers left.
Only thing putting updates in PDFs and password protecting does is to limit the readership and your hard work goes unnoticed. It does not improve content protection on a public forum.

I am not a terribly active member on IF because honestly school doesn't allow enough time. But when people have needed help or random updates I have helped out. Even for Junoon; and coincidentally it was posted on other sites without my consent. As annoying as that is I don't think its right to punish everyone. If you are giving out passwords then you know who has the password, it does limit your list of suspects; but then denying people access who are part of the forum and have never done anything wrong is also not right. If they ask you for passwords maybe you can add a few new people everyday until you see it copied somewhere else. That way your work is not getting copied and everyone isn't getting punished. Just a thought. Honestly, im not starting any arguments I'm just sharing what I think about all of this.
