I will try to explain it

A library is not a place where you can buy(ask for) burger or fries,
u must go to a restaurant(fast food joint),that's why the librarian says,
'sorry,this is a library'

when the librarian says,'sorry this is a library',
the blonde thinks,she was disturbing the silence in the library,
and that's why the librarian said so

And so this time the blonde whispers the same line
