There was this pregnant young lady who was being rushed to the maternity home, while she was in the lift being taken to the ward on the first floor. She delivered the baby in the lift. The hospital staff got there and completed the delivery with everyone watching and standing around her. She was very embarrassed and started to cry. She would not stop. The moment she recalled the episode, she would start crying again.

All this was happening when a reasonably educated young smart nurse came to her, trying to console her she said "Aisa to kabhi kabhi ho jata hai, aap chinta na karen. Aap toh lift main thee, pichlay saal aik aurat ki hospital ke garden main delivery ho gaye thi." (this happens at times, don't worry, you were in the lift whereas last year a woman delivered the baby outside in the garden)

Hearing this the woman started to crying at the highest pitch possible.

"Kya ho gaya?" nurse got confused " ab kyun ro rahi hain" she asked. (what happened, why are you crying now?)

Wiping her tears she said "Woh bhi main hi thi" (That was me too!)
