MY MOM TOO STARTED WITH HER SATSANG ETC LONG BACK, MANY YEARS BEFORE MY FATHER PASSED AWAY AND THAT REALLY HELPED HER IN COPING. RIGHT NOW SHE HAS MEDITATION CLASS 5 DAYS A WEEK AND SATSANG ONCE EVERY WEEK IN OUR COMPLEX ITSELF. SHE PLANS HER WHOLE DAY AROUND THESE EVENTS. THE SENIOR CITIZENS GROUP HERE IS QUITE ACTIVE AND FUN
