So this is what happened Saturday:

Hari decided to come home this past weekend, his dad had not seen him since one month as he was in India. So we went Friday and brought him home.

He had a project due Monday (today)

Subject: Intro. to Engineering Design

• 2 person team project but he brought his work home so he had to work alone.
• A small car that follows a certain path, it moves/follows black lines and stops if it sees white surface.
• He has to code it in C++ and transfer it to the circuit/chip in the car.
• He started working on it, had so many issues in the code
• So I started assisting him and got sucked into it too 😲
• Became his lab assistant
• Worked until 1 am, fixed most of the issues but not all 😕
• He was suppose to take the train back to campus but cancelled because the project is not working 100%😔
• Finally he got it working
• Drove him straight to his classroom today
• Him/his partner demonstrated to their professor, got 97!!

This was all unexpected, but it was all worth it in the end!! I had to take a step back I realized right away. This is his project, not mine. He will not learn if I interfere, so just assisted him with taking videos of the trials, making a path on a big white cardboard, fixing the broken sensors, and changing batteries.

G'ma: Yes.. you know what? Akbar uncle fought with the Swine!

Babloo: WHAT? You saw them fighting?

Baby: Babloo...grandma says she read the update of the story..how can she see it..?

G'ma: ( starry-eyed) No kutties..I actually saw them fighting.. I watched every stroke of their swords..?

Babloo: 😕 Grandma.. You saw them fighting in the TV?

Baby: Did they fight with swords?

Babloo: Real swords? Or fake swords?

G'ma: Real swords.. But it was not in the TV.. Lashy akka wrote the story so nicely that it was like watching it in person..

Babloo: So it was dishum, dishum fight..👏

Baby: Who won grandma?

G'ma: Of course Khansahib won !

Babloo: What happened to the handnothing prince?

G'ma: Oh.. he ..he lost to Khansahib and was killed..

Babloo: Did Akbar uncle kill him? Was it a war?

G'ma: Sort of kutties..But it is supposed to be game..Akbar uncle wanted to have sword fight with Mahendar and Khali..So the Shehzaade arranged for it..

Baby: Has the Shezaade become friends with uncle?

Babloo: You said he put uncle in jail and gave him leventeen lashes..

Baby: He had wounds and bleeding..

G'ma: Yes.. But Heera cleverly and cunningly prepared medicine for his wounds and gave it to him..

Baby: Is he fully cured?

Babloo: Baby'kka, I told you that Lashy'kka put a picher of uncle with sword.. He must be cured..

G'ma: No kutties.. He is not fully alright.. But he has that determination and anger to ..to..destroy the evil persons..Like a wounded lion..

Babloo: 😲 G'ma.. I don't understand what you say.. You speak big words like Shyamala aunty..

G'ma: Okay..okay..It is enough if you know that Akbar fought with sword and in the process he won killing Mahendar..

Baby: Did he also fight with Khalil.?

G'ma: He will..But after 15-20 days..

Baby: Why so late?

G'ma: Because.. only then Akbar will get fully cured..and will be fit to fight..

Babloo: Grandma..I want to watch Akbar uncle and the ugly bad guy fighting dishum..dishum..

Baby: Me too grandma.. will you take us..?

G'ma: Oh sure.. kutties.. 😆

Are you in college or working somewhere? I have never been to Raipur so me not familiar with that place 😕
