On that note, my eyes have been troubling me a lot lately too. My cousin, who's an ophthalmoologist, told me it's cos of 'dry eyes' i think the work going on at home has made it worse too (saw dust, paint)... got myself some eye drops and feeling much better!

Glad your eyes are feeling better. I'm sure your ophthalmologist cousin mentioned - dont stare too long at computer/laptop screens, take breaks every 20-30 mins from the screen and shut off mobiles early in the night and hit the sack sooner, reduce illumination/blue light from the phones. I feel, I'm playing doctor 😆 Even air condition in house causes dry eyes sometimes. Here in the west, we are 24*7 surrounded by air conditioning.

On that note, there is a recent article that says, late night mobile usage in a dark room is going to affect cornea and in long run causes loss of vision coz of the blue light emission from all the phones. So all night owls, either switch on the lights in the room or hit the sack sooner 😊
